Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. This condo is located in Tower 1 on the 4th floor and is in the ultimate location - not too high or too low, and the panoramic views from this balcony of the Gulf of Mexico are amazing. Condo 504, overlooks the hugely popular lagoon pool! Bask in the sun on your large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! There are only a few 1 bedroom deluxe condos at Edgewater and this condo has a very spacious floor plan. The condo is extremely large with over 1000 square feet of living area. The massive master bedroom suite and the living area both open onto the gulf front balcony. You will find everything up to date, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat panel Televisions and free wireless internet. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Pool was nice. I think they need more chairs for the size of the resort. People come down and throw towels on the chairs at like 7am so it was almost impossible to get one with an umbrella.

Our 4th time here all went GR8! The condio clean and well stocked. Farah, with Emerald Coast kept us well informed from start to the day we left. The emplyees at EB&G resort are pleasant and helpful. The grounds are kept immaculate.

We had a good time. I like the location, however the bedroom was hot. The A/C did not work well in the bedroom which made us go buy a box fan to blow from the living room into the bedroom to keep the room cool.

Great resort

This condo was in the perfect location at this resort. In one of the main buildings, overlooking both the huge pool and the beach, it had great views. Close to the gift shop with necessities, the bridge to explore the the rest of the villa, and steps away from the Oceans diner (with delicious food), it was just the right spot. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful Condo with Excellent view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Edgewater Resort this June. The pool was wonderful, enjoyed a bonfire on the beach one evening. Condo was everything we expected and the management company was very response. We will definitely return.

The property was immaculate clean. Farah the agent was just a phone call away. Maybe 6 calls to her. The fifth floor was great. Not too long Of an elevator ride but High enough to hear the ocean. I would stay there again.

R&D Review 1-504 February 2024

Overall the property was nice. We have a tendency to cook a lot when we vacation, and were kinda disappointed in the kitchen. No pot holders, pots were domed on the bottom so they did not sit well on burners. Utensils looked like they had not been used or cleaned in quite awhile. Towels in general seemed limited. Bedroom was really good. Took a little while to figure out fans and light switches. Outlets in both bathrooms did not seem to work, and one switch for lights over dining room table was broken. We were unfortunate enough to have the unit directly above us under reconstruction so we had lots of noise during our stay. It would have been nice to have a couple of folding beach chairs to use. The balcony and the furniture there was our favorite place to watch the sun set and enjoy the outdoors… (when the compressor on the balcony above was not running). All in all, we probably will not be interested in renting this unit again.

Stunning Views- Great Resort

Condo is spacious clean and had all the amenities we needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The master bedroom is huge with stunning views from the master bedroom to the living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the resort was beautiful. The resort had a lot of pools and splash pad for kids. The restaurant had amazing food and great drinks at the pool bar. I would definitely recommend staying here again. The only thing we were anxious about is the balcony we have a one year old that is walking around and the railings on the balcony and hallways were pretty far apart so we couldn’t let him down or on the balcony. But that didn’t affect our stay at all. We had a blast and had a very comfortable stay.
