Spend the day by the private backyard pool, share a meal on the patio, and unwind together in the open living space. With several bedrooms and a bunk room, there’s room for the group to spread out.



The beach is just a short 3-minute drive away, with easy access to the nearby 30A area, Rosemary Beach, and Lake Powell.



Bringing a boat? Lake Powell is nearby and offers convenient access for launching and enjoying the water.



Whether you're planning a family vacation, a friends' getaway, or a relaxing beach escape, this home gives you the space, privacy, and amenities to make yourself at home.



The Space:

The heart of the home is its open living area. Settle into the oversized sectional for a movie, pull up a stool at the kitchen island while dinner comes together, or linger around the dining table after the plates are cleared. Light finishes, coastal artwork, and large windows keep the space feeling bright and relaxed.



Outside: The backyard is made for unhurried days. Swim in the private pool, stretch out on a lounge chair, then move to the shaded outdoor table for a meal together. The patio and pool sit within a fenced yard.



Sleeping spaces: The bedrooms offer calm places to recharge, with soft neutral colors and comfortable-looking furnishings. A separate bunk room adds a playful space for guests to settle in after a full day out.



Location: You’ll be staying at Panama City Beach, Florida - a home base for enjoying the area and returning to your own pool at the end of the day.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and all amenities.



Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.



The home features an electronic lock for convenient self check-in. Your unique door code will be provided through the Guest Portal and will become available at 4:00 PM unless you’ve been notified that the home is ready earlier.



When you arrive, simply enter your code and press the check mark button. You should hear the lock engage.



We value your privacy and will not be present at the property during your stay. Our team is available through the guest portal or by phone should you need assistance.



The Neighborhood:

Set on the peaceful West End of Panama City Beach, this home offers a more relaxed coastal setting while keeping you close to everything you came to enjoy. The area is known for its quieter residential feel, beautiful beaches, and easy access to the western end of Panama City Beach and the nearby 30A communities.



Spend the morning at the beach, enjoy a leisurely afternoon by your private pool, or head west toward Lake Powell and Camp Helen State Park for a change of scenery. When you're ready to explore, the 30A area, including Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach, is just a short drive away.



You'll also have convenient access to local restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and the attractions of Panama City Beach. Head east when you're ready for more action, including Pier Park, restaurants, entertainment, and family-friendly activities.



It's the best of both worlds: a peaceful place to come home to, with beaches, dining, shopping, nature, and 30A all within easy driving distance.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around the area and making the most of your stay. The West End is spread out, with beaches, restaurants, shops, parks, and attractions located along Front Beach Road and US-98.



The beach is just a short drive from the home, while Lake Powell, Camp Helen State Park, Inlet Beach, and the eastern end of 30A are all nearby. Rosemary Beach and the other 30A communities are also easy to reach by car.



For shopping, dining, and entertainment, you can head east toward Pier Park and the main Panama City Beach area. If you're looking for a quieter day, stay closer to the West End and enjoy the beaches, coastal neighborhoods, and natural areas.



Ride-share services may be available, but availability can vary by time and season, so having your own vehicle is the most convenient option.



Other Things to Note:

Pool Heating: **Pool heating is available for this property from Oct 1-May 1 only for $65 per day plus tax and must be arranged and paid for separately after booking**



Pets: Up to 2 pets are welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 plus tax applies.



Reservation Confirmation: After booking, you’ll receive access to our Guest Portal. Within 72 hours, you must complete the reservation confirmation by providing guest information, uploading a photo of yourself holding your ID, and agreeing to our terms. Failure to complete this process may result in cancellation of the reservation.



Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.



Construction: Construction projects are ongoing in various areas of Panama City Beach and along 30A. We cannot be responsible for construction-related noise or disturbances.



Please park in the driveway only. There is comfortable parking for up to 4 vehicles.
