  • 1102 is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1427 square feet unit with an additional 141 square feet balcony space (unit on 11th floor with a magnificent Gulf View). Kitchen has both, a Keurig and also a standard drip coffee maker. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo. Guest bedroom has two full size beds and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Luxury vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen, hallway and living room, bedrooms are carpeted. Unit occupancy is 6 people.

Our family had a wonderful time in this condo. It was clean and exactly as listed. It had more supplies than listed as well. It was actually more spacious than we had thought. Communication from host was wonderful and they were so quick to respond anytime we had a question. Location was excellent just steps from the beach. The building grounds were clean and well kept. Parking was easy. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Te unit we stayed in was extremely nice and in a great location, a peaceful portion of the beach, and yet close to everything we wanted or needed. It was centrally located, so we were able to take some short day trips to Mexico Beach, and Ft Walton to take in the whole area.

Had everything we needed in the kitchen, furniture appeared to all have been recently replaced, nice patio furniture too. I’ve rented a lot of condos and this is one of my favorites. I liked that there weren’t a lot of nicknacks in the unit which I preferred.

It was my favorite of all stays! The room was top of the line, clean, newly remodeled. It was our best stay yet!
