By renting this unit, you are given full access to the SANDPIPER BEACON BEACH RESORT located directly next door. This access includes indoor/outdoor pools, a hot tub, waterslides, a lazy river, mini golf, beachside playgrounds, and more!!!!

Seachase Condominiums are located on the west end of Panama City Beach, less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

This condo includes 2 parking passes for parking across the street at the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort. Premium/Covered parking is available on-site, for an additional charge and based on availability. Golf carts are NOT allowed to be parked in the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort parking lot.

Dogs under 15 lbs are permitted in the unit, with an additional per night charge.

Smoking is NOT allowed in this unit.

We had to actually go out and buy pots and pans that we could use because the ones there were so old and dirty. Everything would stick to them dish rags that were like rags put in the drawers for us to use there was dog poop in the stairways. The sliding door going out to the balcony you couldn’t hardly open my 10-year-old granddaughter couldn’t open it at all. It took a full-grown man to drag it open and close it, and the list goes on and on. We feel like it was very overrated and wasn’t what it should have been for as much as we paid should’ve been top-notch and I’ve stayed in places half the price that we’re nicer than this.

We loved everything about this condo. Absolutely spotless, perfectly decorated and very upscale, huge layout, 1st floor, pet friendly and right on the beach. We enjoyed being away from the Sandpiper Beacon while enjoying the amenities when we wanted to. Would definitely chose this condo again.

The condo could not have been more perfect. The bedrooms were spacious, view incredible, kitchen sufficiently stocked and location was near restaurants and entertainment. The condo is associated with sandpiper beacon beach resort; therefore all of the amenities are available to the guests, including 2 outdoor pools, lazy river, Inside pool, Tiki bar, outdoor activities, etc. 1 parking pass included. Coconut bar & grill across street has fantastic food and great outdoor patio. The entire condo is lined with glass windows. Unfortunately, the sliding door in the king bedroom could not be opened, but the living room and 2nd bedroom worked well. I understand all sliding glass doors are being replaced in both buildings. The king bedroom included bunk beds, but no closet; therefore we had nowhere to hang our clothes. Recommend adding armoire or a closet. We could find no extra blankets, so we pulled them off the bunk beds. The heating and a/c worked well. No iron or ironing board. Washer and dryer nice convenience. This was a 1st floor condo with a balcony allowing us to enjoy the ocean view all day and some of the most incredible sunsets at night. The kitchen could include a couple more frying pans, but for the most part, the kitchen provided everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The 2nd bedroom had a large walk-in closet. The condo is pet friendly, with weight limits, and it was wonderful to meet other guests and their pets. Highly recommend .
