The Space:

The luxury Gulf-facing master bedroom has a King-size bed with balcony access with an ensuite bathroom, that features a garden tub and separate shower. The second bedroom room offers a bunk bed with a full and twin. The hall bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The living room has a queen-sized sofa bed. View the white sand beach and emerald green water from the comfort of the living room and or straight from your bed in the master bedroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, a coffee pot, plates, glasses, and cutlery. The living room, master bedroom, and bunk room all have a TV and complimentary high-speed WiFi.



Guest Access:

Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code before check-in to enter the unit.



Shared Community Features: The resort features two large swimming pools (one is heated year-round), a children's splash area, and two hot tubs. It also offers a first-rate workout facility complete with treadmills, cardio machines, and extensive free weights, all overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Gas grills are available at the beach-level deck.



The Neighborhood:

Sunrise Beach Resort is a conveniently located condo resort that sits right on the beach in Panama City Beach. The resort is close to many popular attractions such as Gulf World Marine Park, Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, Goofy Golf, and Shipwreck Island Water Park.



Getting Around:

Parking Information: Each unit has two available parking spaces and each parking space is $40 per stay. Vehicles must be registered to the individual condo to park in the parking garage. Your dedicated Brightwild GEMs will be able to assist with your registration.

Other Things to Note:

- This property has a 3-night minimum Feb - April, all other dates have a 1-night minimum

- No pets allowed.

- We do not allow smoking inside this property. All reservations are subject to being charged a smoking fee if you or your guests choose to smoke inside.

- The door locks automatically behind you.

- Ice machine is available on level 1

- 2 Grills are available on the first floor

- The gym is located on L5 from 7am - 10 pm
