Public beach access is approximately a 3-minute walk from the condo. Guests cross Front Beach Road to reach the access point. The property is close to the beach but is not beachfront and does not have an ocean view.

A beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and toys are provided for guest use.

POOL

Guests may use the shared community pool during posted operating hours. Pool availability and rules are controlled by the condominium association and apply to all guests.

LOCATION

The condo is located in the Wendwood community on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach. Restaurants, groceries, family activities and Pier Park are a short drive away, while the beach is close enough to reach on foot.
