-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+tax fee will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
-Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
-To help you get started, we supply a short-term starter pack of necessities for your first day only.
-You will receive a comprehensive digital guide before arrival with everything needed for a smooth stay.
-Guests should supply their own beach towels, as they are not included.
