ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out without authorization may result in an additional fee.
- MUST BE 21+ to book and photo ID is REQUIRED to verify age!
- NO SMOKING (Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $750 fee will be charged if this rule is broken.)
- NO PARTIES or Loud Noise (Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties or events are not allowed. A violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.)
- NON-REFUNDABLE means NON-REFUNDABLE (If you choose to save money and book non-refundable, then please do not expect a FULL refund if you booked something by accident)
- Always close all doors and windows before leaving the house. If using the A/C, keep windows and doors closed to conserve energy.
- No deep cleaning is required — we just kindly ask that you leave the home in good condition and place all trash in the outdoor bins before you leave. Thank you for helping us keep the space welcoming for the
next guests! If the home is left in excessively dirty condition, a $100 additional cleaning fee may apply.
• Place used dishes in the dishwasher.
• Leave used towels inside the washing machine.
• Take all trash to the outdoor bins.
- No pets are allowed unless previously approved. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $250.
- Any damage or missing items will be charged to the guest. Please report any incident immediately so we can resolve it smoothly.
- This is a peaceful community. Please treat it as your own home and be considerate of neighbors.
