Welcome to Donuts in Paradise – The Most Whimsical Condo at Calypso!

Brand new to the Warren Beach Rentals portfolio.

Whether you’re planning a spectacular family vacation, a fun weekend with friends, a quiet romantic getaway, or just some peaceful alone time, this place is calling your name. Located on the 10th floor, you can enjoy the white sand beach and emerald waters from your private balcony without the noise from the street or pool. In the evenings, savor a glass of wine while watching a majestic sunset or enjoy dolphins swimming by with your morning coffee.

Experience high-end comfort without the high cost in this unit that comfortably sleeps 6. It features 1 bedroom with a cozy king bed and TV, 2 full baths, twin hallway bunk beds, a Murphy bed, and a comfortable sofa with TV in the den, plus free Wi-Fi. Recently renovated with new linens and a large flat-screen TV in the den, this condo has everything you need.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker for your morning brew, a blender for afternoon margaritas, and all the utensils needed for a home-cooked meal. The private washer and dryer make beach living even easier. Stay on Cloud 9 all the time when you choose Calypso 1007 East.

Available through Warren Beach Rentals, the trusted management company at Calypso. Our full-time staff is dedicated to ensuring your best vacation experience. This condo features a secure keypad lock for direct entry—no waiting around. Managing the most units at Calypso allows us to easily accommodate large groups like ball teams, family reunions, church retreats, and corporate gatherings.

Important Information:

Parking is managed by Calypso Resort. Starting February 10, 2024, parking is $60 per stay. The HOA allows one parking pass per unit.

Renters must be 25 or older.

No smoking, vaping, or pets allowed.

We strongly recommend travel insurance during hurricane season (June through September).

Stays longer than 14 days require a non-refundable deposit.

Had a great time, awesome location and security was great. Condo is newly decorated and clean. Make sure to take your own trashbags though there was only one. Overall awesome stay for me and my kids.

Vacation Week

Master tub/shower backed up with water day one and could not use. Had to message a couple of times to get someone to come out the following afternoon and then a pair of Michael Kors sunglasses came up missing (we were not in the unit when someone came/did not know they were on the way or we would have made sure to be there). Also, there was nasty/black mess all over the toilet, inside the shower, etc., when they were done. We are assuming they were flushing what they pulled out of the shower drain down the toilet. Also, no beach chairs come with this property which was a big miscommunication between the agency after booking and upon arrival.

Boutique Decor/Beach Front

Lovely 1 bedroom— 2 bath condo with twin bunk beds in hallway. Adorable unit next to the Pier and Pier Park. Great for kids—- definitely a family type resort. This unit did not come with free Beach Service ($50.00 per day). Also parking in the garage across the street is $50.00. Important to add these additional fees for service when considering overall costs. With that said—- gorgeous water; emerald green color. Condo also has 2 pools with the deepest depths right at 5 feet. Staff was friendly and we did not encounter any problems with noise. King bed is super comfortable— unit has a full kitchen —- although we ate out every day. Yay! It also has a washer and dryer. This condo is located in the most touristy section of Panama City—- but works well for families or others who want to explore the pier and pier park stores, restaurants and the Sky Wheel. Would Definitely consider returning and recommending friends.

Perfect girls getaway

My daughter and I rented this condo in July for a week. We didnt get back in the car until we left! Everything we needed was in walming distance! The room was so charming and quiet. Absolutely perfect!

Fantastic!!

This condo was SO great! Before we arrived the management was very responsive to questions and we had all the information we needed before arrival to make it smooth. When we walked in it was very clean, smelled great. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. The decor was up to date and well done. Bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding and condo was spacious! Balcony was a bit small but offered beautiful views of the ocean, pool areas, and pier. The building is so convenient to so much to do! We walked almost everywhere we went, which was so nice! The building was also well kept and the elevators worked quickly which can be a problem often with bigger buildings like these. The kitchen was so well stocked and even had crock pots and pizza cutters, plenty of dishes and pans etc. to enjoy food in the room. There was a traditional coffee maker along with a Keurig style one for different preferences along with basics we didnt think of like coffee filters and salt/pepper shakers. The washer and dryer worked great! Even had a nice shower head in the master bath which is appreciated! The furniture in living area was very comfortable and in great condition as well. Our friends who were staying in same building were so disappointed with their room after seeing ours, the owners have done a spectacular job and we would love to visit Donuts in Paradise again!

Beautiful beach front condo! Comfortable for me and my friends. Check in was a confusing but the overall stay was awesome. We did get stopped by security so many times for claims like “do you have a dog” two minutes after walking into the condo when we first arrived and if our kids where jumping in the elevator. we did not have kids nor a dog lol

Best Spring Break

We were the first people to rent out this particular condo at the Calypso. I was apprehensive because it hadn’t had any reviews yet. But we went ahead and booked it and we are so glad that we did. First of all, the location of the condos are perfect. We did not have to drive anywhere and it was a short 5 min walk to Pier Park. The condo was in spectacular condition. It was updated and decorated so cute with a donut theme. All of the beds were so comfortable also! The only thing about the condo that was a small nuisance was that the bathroom sinks didn’t drain very well. But that was minor and we worked around it. Amazing stay ♥️
