Laguna Haven is a secluded gated residential community on the West End of Panama City Beach, situated just north of US-98/Panama City Beach Parkway. The location provides a quieter residential setting while keeping guests within convenient reach of the Gulf, everyday necessities, restaurants, shopping, outdoor recreation, and some of Panama City Beach's best-known attractions.

Guests can head south toward the Laguna Beach area and Gulf access or travel east along Panama City Beach Parkway toward Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, and central PCB. Traveling west provides convenient access to Lake Powell, Carillon Beach, and the eastern end of the Scenic Highway 30A corridor.

Pier Park provides a large concentration of shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and attractions in one destination. Nearby Frank Brown Park hosts sports, tournaments, festivals, and recreational activities throughout the year, while Conservation Park provides miles of trails and a completely different way to experience Northwest Florida.
