Great location and unit

We enjoyed our stay on the 22nd floor of Tropic Winds! We had a great view of the ocean from a large balcony that had afternoon sunshine and protected us from the strong winds blowing while we were there. We didn’t cook at all but the kitchen seemed well equipped. The laundry room has a stackable unit and also had storage for a few beach chairs stored there. We had one dedicated parking space right across from the elevator which was nice. One elevator was out during our entire stay but the waits weren’t too long. One day while they were working on the elevators, we also lost electricity several times and lost water service for a few hours. It wasn’t too much of inconvenience for our group not to be able to shower before going out to dinner. We don’t remember seeing all of the amenities listed for this complex in the original listing or maybe we missed some of those. Next to the indoor/outdoor pool there is a steam room and restrooms that are close and accessible to the beach. On the 8th floor there is a sauna and a small exercise room with 3 or 4 pieces of cardio equipment. We used the hot tub a couple of times during our visit and saw others using grills to cook dinner. There isn’t any security to enter the garage or the building but there was a gentleman who asked to see our wristbands so we felt like they were monitoring to make sure no one was there who didn’t need to be. This condo is about half a mile from Thomas Donuts and maybe a mile from a grocery.

Amazing views and very nice condo

We loved the condo and the huge balcony! The views are amazing! Love that this is right on the beach. And loved the location of the parking spot as well. Smooth transaction and amazing condo. So adorably decorated and the bed was so comfy. Will definitely stay again!

This is a wonderful condo, particularly for 2 couples. The condo was nice and clean and the view is outstanding. The check-in process was super easy and other than the limited parking everything is fantastic.

Wonderful Place

Rental was easy, the location was perfect to be away from all the traffic and busyness of the holiday weekend. Very clean! Needs a cookie sheet or two but besides that, it was perfect! I’ll be back! * The young men at the chair rental were phenomenal and friendly!

Great Condo

Was a great condo for my wife and young daughter. Plenty of space for the small amount of time we spent in there. Only issue I had was how small the pool was at the condo. In the afternoons the pool was so crowded that you couldn’t move.

Would come back in a heart beat!

This was our first time going to Panama City Beach and our first time our 2 year old experienced the beach, the property is directly on the beach. Take the elevator and boom your on the beach. I messaged the owner a few times and they replied back within 10 minutes with answers. The unit it's self is super spacious, felt like home. The views were magnificent and the overall unit was super clean/up to date. We will be booking this property again next year! Great experience!

Right on the beach. This room is on the 22nd floor. You can see everything. We were able to see stingrays swimming in the ocean from our balcony.

Clean and fantastic view

Overall was great. The condo was just like the pictures. Was clean and smelled fresh. The view was fantastic. Huge balcony. Some minor things that need attention: Only saw one parking tag. Previous tenets must have lost the other one. The master bathroom tub and sink drains really slowly. The faucet in the kitchen is loose. The washer didn’t turn on due to the switch not contacting. Fiddle around with it to work for now. I would definitely stay there again.

Roomy condo with awesome balcony and ocean views and comfy beds

Fantastic view with an oversized balcony---easily sits 8 people. Condo looks just like pictures. Beds were very comfortable. Unit was clean upon arrival. Nice to have a washer/dryer if you're staying several days. Quick drive to restaurants and shops at Pier Park. Walking distance to Mike's Cafe. White, sandy, uncrowded beach. Onsite fitness center, spa and pool. Highly recommend if you're visiting PCB.

Expected Covid clean, wasn't.

The beautiful view and decor was a plus! After settling in, we found the garbage disposal filthy with a whole lemon and small plastic cup in it. The cups in the cabinet still had coffee /hot chocolate etc dried. The plates also. The floors had a black film on all the tile. We had to wear shoes, it was gross. The sink and shower had slow draining. Yuk. We cut our stay short. The cleaning crew came to take care of the issues, but the swiffer didn't do anything but take one layer of black off the floors. Uncomfortable stay.

Everything was amazing

The view and large covered balcony was amazing. And the view was to perfect. Would definitely stay again . Very clean and even thou we was in the 22 floor all 3 elevators worked so it didn’t take long coming or leaving..Just steps from the beach
