Welcome to Beachfront PCB Rentals #1607 at Treasure Island in Panama City Beach.

This 16th floor beachfront condo has a stunning view from a large private balcony, plus two king bedrooms, a bunk bed nook, and sleeper sofa.

The living area features a smart TV plus a sleeper sofa, chairs, and a recliner from which you can soak up the blue skies and amazing Emerald Coast via the floor to ceiling windows/sliding door. Step out to our private balcony and enjoy a breathtaking view east to St Andrews State Park and west to see the country's most stunning sunsets.

Next to the living area is a well-equipped, updated kitchen with all large and small appliances (K-cup coffee pot, toaster, blender) plus dishware and cookware for whipping up any meals during your stay. A dining table seats 6 plus we have bar seating. Just off the kitchen is a cozy bunk bed nook.

Step into the master bedroom where you'll find a king-size bed, water view, balcony access, clothing storage, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a double vanity and an updated, walk-in shower.

Our guest bedroom also offers a king-sized bed, clothing storage and a smart TV. It is connected to our second bathroom with a vanity and a tub/shower combination.

We love conveniences for our guests and offer a full-sized washer/dryer, free Wifi in our unit and throughout the complex, and complimentary beach chairs/umbrella from March 1-Oct 31.

Beachfront PCB Rentals #1607 is owner-managed and accommodates a max of 8 guests, and one dog (max 30 lbs) is allowed.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, provide a photo of ID after booking to confirm minimum age requirement, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking, vaping, or parties allowed. The resort charges a $35 fee for parking pass and wristbands which guests must pay to the resort upon arrival. If you wish to bring one dog, the resort charges a $300 pet fee. These fees are part of the resort's standard operating procedure.

Treasure Island is a gorgeous resort directly on the white sand beach with a seasonally heated pool, hot tub, gazebo, snackbar, and fitness center. A parking deck is connected to the building and it is perfectly located on the east end of Panama City Beach, very close to the popular Schooners Last Local Beach Club (bar/restaurant) and the stunning St Andrews State Park which offers swimming, snorkeling, and exploring wildlife.
