Magical place!!!

Our family had a great time. The location is magical. Right on the beach! The kids played in the sand all day, and we had great family walks every day after lunch. The owner/oversee was very flexible and accommodating. The house was very clean. We truly enjoyed our family . Our kids loved the place. We definitely Our family had a great time. Nice place!

Loved everything about it with the exception of the lack of curtains/drapes for the large beachside windows. I would only stay there again if this was remedied. I prefer to have privacy at times and it was also difficult to watch TV at times due to glare. The side yard is a wonderful bonus. There is a large sand dune that only partially blocks the view from the side yard which I didn't find to be a problem. Sand dunes have a beauty of their own and there was still plenty of gulf to look at. The view from the living area doesn't get any better.The surrounding neighborhood is fairly quiet and seems very safe. It's conveniently located near just about anything you would need.

Awesome Unit!

Awesome location. Awesome Unit. We've stayed in the area many times but this was the first stay at Pirates Cove. Literally walk out your back door directly onto the beach. Not out the door and down some steps. Not down a boardwalk. First step off your patio is into sand. This particular unit is an end unit and includes a private patio. The listing talks about it but what they say doesn't do it justice. We really enjoyed having the extra space. The local contact people at Oversee were amazing. We'd definitely book this unit again.

Auf der Wunschliste meiner Frau stand: „Einmal im Leben, ein Strandhaus am Golf von Mexiko fĂŒr zwei Wochen“ Und wir haben es gefunden. Ein Schritt von der Veranda in den Sand, traumhaft schön. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Es ist makellos sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Meine Frau war sehr, sehr glĂŒcklich und logischerweise auch ich.

For the most part the property on the inside was nice. The kitchen could use some updating and was very poorly stocked with pots and pans. The big patio was a bonus, but had clearly not been swept off in ages. There was a baby pool out there with water in it. The sand dune right in front of the door blocks the beach view. The picture on the website is deceptive. The next door neighbor wanted us to walk on it. That goes against everything I’ve been taught about the beach

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! GREAT VALUE!

This is a beautiful townhome with simple, relaxing, serene, thoughtful decor throughout. Do not let the fact that the downstairs doors do not have coverings put you off--this is the most private townhome in the entire complex. The side patio is large with gates and signage to prevent others from thinking it is a shared space. There is a dune in front of the ocean facing doors that prevents those walking on the beach from seeing in, but you still have a great view of the water and sunsets. An outside shower and water hose is provided on the patio. There are 4 chairs, a concrete table with 3 concrete benches, and a gas grill on the patio as well. This unit has a gas stove, which is an anomaly in rentals. The fridge has water, ice, and crushed ice (a bonus for us ice munchers!) The only bed that was slept in was the master king, but OH MY GOSH. Perhaps the most comfortable, coziest bed I've ever slept on. 3 full baths are super convenient (bottom floor bath includes stand up shower and W/D to the side in an alcove). Parking is **right in front** of the door--there is a gate, then a small space before the entry door. This provides privacy if you'd like to leave your main door open to the screen door for sunlight. This unit is on the far west end of PCB--you are surrounded by other villas and beach houses. The tall condos are way down the road. Winn Dixie, CVS, Publix, Bayou Bill's Crab House, and Hwy 98 are just around the curve. PCB proper is mere minutes away. 5 star rental!

Birthday getaway

Beachfront Oasis was perfect for a last minute birthday getaway. This place never has openings in the summer because properties are booked annually! I booked it and THEN told my husband and grown children where I would be for my birthday, lol. It was clean, very nice towels and sheets. Bed was comfortable. Location was awesome!

Quiet ocean beauty

We loved our stay at this townhome. The beach was quiet, sunsets magnificent and the home was comfortable and cozy. Long daily walks, many rounds of golf and cute towns to explore kept us busy for 3 weeks. The rental was immediately attentive to our small needs. Hope to be back. Thank you!

Beautiful place on the beach

My husband, our adult daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in Beach front Oasis. The townhouse is bright and airy, the decor echos the view, the view of the beach is amazing and the beach is right outside the door. We had some chilly weather, but we're still able to do some sunbathing on the master balcony and the front porch. The private patio at rhe side is a nice bonus. Everything was super clean. The kitchen is adequately equipped if you want to cook, but plan to provide all of your own ingredients, up to and including salt and pepper. There is no hairdryer, just a nice curling iron. The management company leaves a only a very basic starter supply of paper products, so you may need to supplement those, but there is a Publix, a Winn Dixie and a CVS just up the road. Those few slight negatives were minor compared to the pleasure of enjoying such a lovely place on the beach! Thanks to the owners for sharing!

Please repair the deadbolt mechanism on front door entry

We enjoyed our stay enormously. The problem we continued having was the deadbolt lock. The only other suggestion we have would be window coverings on the downstairs french doors & sliding glass doors. The condo was very clean & comfortable! The huge private patio & extra beach chairs were a big plus!! We would definitely love a return visit 👍

Property was well designed and thoughtfully put together. The closeness of the beach was awesome as was the side patio that was for private use. Perfect place to see the beach and get some shade if needed. Its on my list as a favortie!

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. It was very clean and the location was great. Being able to walk right out your back door onto the beach was perfect especially with little ones. Oversee was great work with and very accommodating. We hope to be back .

Heavenly beach home

This is a beautiful little beach condo
tastefully decorated and so comfortable and welcoming. What also makes it special is the private side porch that doubles the amount of space. Gorgeous quiet views of the beach and your own private sand dune! Pure heaven!
