Great Location
Great location! The furniture in the living room desperately needs to be replaced. It’s an outdoor set that is not intended to be comfy!! The upstairs shower is hard to regulate the hot water. The upstairs doors were a bit off framed and hard to open/close. The outside deck and fire pit area is a great hang out spot. The highlight of this townhouse.

It is Feb. and I had no hot water for the entire stay. Whoever installed the drapes on the back side of the housedidn't allow them to close and cover the rear enterance. Floor light in the front bed room has to be plugged in, switch doesn't work. It appears that there was a major refurb. that was done too quickly.

The unit is described as Renovated, it is not. The only new thing about it is the tv’s. Check in was supposed to be at 4:00 but it wasn’t ready until 6:00. The cleaner was still there when we got there sweeping floors. I was going to vacuum when she left bc floors were still dirty but they don’t have a vacuum. It is very old and run down, it is nothing like described. The master upstairs shares a bathroom with the spare bedroom. The very small second bathroom is downstairs. The stairs are very steep and tiled going upstairs so not good for anyone older or kids. The living room furniture is outdoor furniture so it is metal frame with flat cushions, very uncomfortable to sit on for any period of time. Cushions looked like they had never been cleaned. TV in master had never been set up so couldn’t watch it. I tried to set it up but still said no Wi-Fi available. The master “balcony “ is literally just big enough for one chair and looks unsafe to stand on. The lower deck is nice and big and you are able to walk down to beach. Location was good it’s just not as described, which I rented it based on their description. I would never rent this again. We have been going to Florida for years and never have had any complaints, this is the first time I have felt like I needed to leave a review.

Great location, small things need to change.
Location is absolutely 5 stars, loved it! Was not happy with the cleaning. Sand was all over on the floors, couches downstairs. Found dirty underneath the couches, table.
Though there’s Wi-Fi, it is completely useless upstairs, something I recommend to change. It was very frustrating each evening to struggle to watch a movie. Grill’s gas was empty, which got changed next day. All in all we had a great time, I just wish those simple things were done properly, as they would have made it 4 stars. I guess those are easy fixes. Met the owner, nice guy and was genuinely interested about the service of the provider. Please make sure he reads the review.

Amazing! Loved Everything! Firepit
I wish i had 10 stars! This Non Smoking unit is Amazing, the second you pull up to the unit you can See the Emerald Coast ! The Door opens to a World Beyond , the Views in every Room are breathtaking! The Huge Deck invites such a Time of Enjoyment, memories and serenity! Just steps to a semi private beach ocean Front! The Fire Pit was so very Nice! No smoking at the fire pit was a really nice Treat! The Bedrooms are so comfortable the view from the King Room is Ocean Galore and the Queen has a Balcony to the Strip! The best of Both Worlds! They have everything you need for a wonder stress free vacation. Also they have creative extra sleeping arrangements , that are convenient for the little ones ! Its a Romantic place , its a Retreat to solitude alone time or its a come home to family get away! Love it , cant wait to stay again!

Pictures do it well
The place had a moldy wet smell every time you came in from outside. The dishes were dirty. My daughter fell on a lose tile in stairwell. Lights only worked in one room and no plugs worked in bathroom. Just a nasty overall place. First time staying and last . Almost $6,000 for a week and I’ve seen cheap motels in better shape .

May Vacay 2021!!
This property has A LOT of potential!! It’s in a great location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, souvenir shops and of course the beach is in the backyard!! So upon arrival the property appeared clean, until I sat my toddler down to unload the car & then noticed how filthy the floors were. Management did offer to have the cleaning crew come out again but we’d already taken care of it; So that being said I’d ensure that the property is thoroughly being cleaned before guests arrive. Also could definitely use an upgrade in living room furniture, patio furniture is currently being used and it’s not comfy at all. Also if you expect guests to keep the property clean while there then providing some essentials is necessary. Mop (that’s not broken, we had to buy our own to use) broom (that’s not worn out), definitely need a dustpan on site, and extra rags for wiping counters etc maybe ? I personally always bring my own cleaning supplies but not everyone does this because usually stuff is available on site. The WiFi is also very spotty; we had to move the box in order for it to work upstairs. Probably need a separate box for up there or a signal extender ? Like I said this property has great potential, just needs a couple of tweaks here and there, and it’d be the perfect beach getaway!! Overall though we really enjoyed our stay; We would definitely use this location & management company again.

The location was perfect. Right on the beach. The furnishings and design were modern and minimalist. I'm not a fan of the wicker beachy furnishings, they make a place look dated. Klaus House, looked fresh and clean. Would rent again.

Most rentals and Hotels take photos from angles and with filters that make the property look better than it actually does. This property was a great place to stay. The fact that the weather was bad the comfort of the property made it worth being trapped inside for a few days.
I hate it that the internet went out due to the storm. Which made it difficult for my husband to work a few hours every day and we couldn't watch any movies. However, each television is a smart TV and there is satellite as well. Please read the contract and plan to bring your own beach towels, additional tissue, paper towels and trash bags. The disposable items are contractor/hotel grade.

It was a nice place. We had some issues with flooding and the roof but there was a hurricane hitting us so there’s nothing that could have been prevented! Property manger was quick with responses when we had the issues and very polite to us when we had to leave early because of the storm/no electric.

Our experience was horrible!
We arrived Thursday to find a man painting the back porch. He was there the entire day, looking through the windows at us, very creepy. Friday we awake to the same thing now he’s on a ladder painting the side of the unit. Saturday morning we are awaken by a loud bang on the door where you had a glass shower door delivered. If you’re going to do maintenance on a property you shouldn’t rent the unit out. This was very inappropriate.

Loved the location of the townhome. The direct access from the back deck was great! We went to the beach to enjoy the outside. The deck area and back yard seating area were very nice!!!
Only had two cons For our stay- one was that the property listing stated that it had recently been remodeled. I would say that they were currently doing the remodel. What they have done is great, just not completely finished at the time of our stay. The other was that the listing stated sleeps 8 (two beds and two sofa beds). The “sofa” beds weren’t sofas. They were pads that folded out flat on the floor. We made it work and we had a great time!
