Great Place to vacation

We loved this condo. Right in the beach! Having beach service was a plus we weren’t expecting. We were able to grill out one night using the gas grills. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Our only complaint was the condo could have been cleaned a little better before we got there. There was sand on the nightstand and we had to wash some of the dishes before we used them but we’d definitely stay again!

Another great stay!

Just like last year, we had a wonderful, restful stay! We really enjoyed having our breakfast outside while watching the dolphins from the balcony. Everyone was very comfortable, and the included beach chair service is an awesome convenience. One minor housekeeping issue was handled very quickly, within an hour of checking in. There is a problem with the balcony door lock, but being on the 11th floor, it didn’t really pose a safety concern since we didn’t have small children with us. I have no doubt they’ll repair it fast. We’re already looking forward to staying again next year!

Family trip

The listing was exactly as it is shown. My family and I had a wonderful weekend and easy check in and out. Could not have asked for a better place for my grandparents to enjoy the beach.

Nice spacious condo with everything you need including the panoramic view from the balcony. We just had one small issue while there and Realjoy Vacations immediately sent someone out to correct this minor issue. Can definitely appreciate that. Good chance we may return in the future Thank you

Exactly as described

This unit did not disappoint! Check in was super easy. Communication with the property manager was easy and fast. One small issue was handled quickly. The decor is beautiful, and the condo itself is spacious, with comfortable beds and seating. Our favorite part was enjoying meals on the balcony, while watching the dolphins play! We’re already planning our next trip. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Mother & Daughter Trip

This was a fabulous beach vacation for us! The property was exactly as described and the views from the 11th floor balcony were amazing. So easy to go back and forth to the beach any time of day. We would definitely stay here again!

Almost Perfect

The views from the room are fantastic. It is clean except for under the beds. Communication was good but no early check in is hard when you have small children. Lastly, the family room tv remote was not working and could not be repaired during our stay. Great property almost perfect. I would recommend.

Perfect Week Away

This property was clean, nicely decorated and stocked with everything we needed for a week long family vacation! We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen with all we needed supplied. Hardly any wait on elevators and plenty of parking! We will come back! Thank you owners. We loved this place. :)

Perfect Location

Would definitely recommend this location to anyone. The location was literally on the beach which means you have an amazing view from the balcony. The HUGE balcony. Direct beach access from the pool was super convenient. We also enjoyed the grill and patio area. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. I would say bring your own pillows and maybe a mattress topper as the beds weren’t very comfy. But overall I love this place and would stay again for sure.

Great property with a great view!!!

The only thing I’d say this property needs a new door locks! Just my daughter and I stayed and it would have been nice to have a dead bolt to lock at night! We did feel very safe in the condo and on the property ! It’s just a suggestion for the future :)

Great experience!

The property was very well maintained and the room was fully stocked. Beds were comfy and we loved the large balcony. It is also very convenient to stores, shops and restaurants. I will definitely be back.

It's perfect!

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was clean, updated and beautiful! The balcony is huge and the rooms were big so there was plenty of room in the villa for my 13 month old to run around and play. The teens loved it as well. The king bed is amazingly comfortable! It's close to everything we wanted to do. Check in wasn't clear in the description so I was confused when we arrived but had a quick response with instructions from the realtor. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Just spent a week in this beautiful condo. The location is fantastic, and checking in and out was a breeze. We had no issues with parking, and never waited more than a minute or so for an elevator. The condo itself is a great size, very comfortable, and the kitchen is very well stocked with just about any utensil and appliance you may need. There weren’t any dishcloths or kitchen towels, so keep that in mind. The balcony is huge and the view from the living room and master bedroom is gorgeous. Some areas of the condo could use some sprucing up - just general cleaning, nothing major - the AC filter area and vents were dirty, sofas were a little dingy looking, the master bed was missing a fitted sheet, beds needed to be swept under, etc. (pretty typical issues for many rentals of this type). However, I didn’t feel like anything was major enough to contact management about during our stay and I’m confident that had I contacted them they would’ve taken care of any issues. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Maybe I was expecting too much??

We always stay at Ocean Villa and have been for almost 8yrs, so we’ve stayed in quite a few different units over the years. This unit, while decorated nicely, was disappointing. I want to preface this by saying I did NOT contact the realty company (also new to us bc we always deal with an individual) to let them know about any of the issues but mainly bc these are things they’re going to need to do going forward. We were allowed to check-in a little early, so that was nice. When we get to the unit, the first thing that stuck out to me was it was clear the photos are outdated-probably on purpose. Not a huge deal but when I’m spending thousands of dollars I want to know exactly what I’m getting. Here’s where I did start getting frustrated; there were ZERO beach towels, only white bath towels. Now, being longtime PCB visitors, we always bring our own but it forced us to do a lot more washing and I’ll explain why. In this unit, there is only a tiny entry-way rug (like tiny-tiny!!) which means you either track remaining sand and water throughout the unit OR you do what we do and lay a path of beach towels to the bathroom or balcony. Well, when all the unit provides are white towels, that’s not a possibility. Didn’t want to ruin their white bath towels! So even a few beach towels left in the condo would be a big plus. This is the first place we’ve ever stayed that wasn’t stocked with beach gear, i.e. towels, chairs, kids toys etc etc. but not a huge problem cause we’ve acquired our own over the years. Maybe we’ve just been spoiled by the other 5 or so units in Ocean Villa, but this one was just bare bones as far as everything really. The kitchen was pitiful. Don’t come expecting to cook a full-on meal and not have to run out to buy more than a few things. Here’s the biggest complaint, the Water pressure was literally trickling out (NO WAY to wash shampoo or sand out of your hair and I’m a man with very short hair) in the master so I went and purchased a new shower head. Same in the guest but I didn’t use it so it was left like it was. I just find it hard to believe that the cleaning people (or owners) aren’t aware of the master shower water issue, even if you just cleaned the shower surely you would notice the shower head trickling water down and not spraying outward. Nice place but really lacking in a few areas. Stuff that wouldn’t cost much but would add value to the unit. Lastly, very petty but would be nice to have a large mirror in the LivingR
