LIVING AREA

Get lost in the rippling waves of the Gulf of Mexico as you relax in the living room of this condo. A couch and loveseat in the living room provide ample seating for five with additional seating for seven more at the nearby breakfast bar and dining table. So fall back into a seat and catch your favorite football game on the flat-screen smart TV with cable and streaming options. The couch also pulls out to reveal sleeper sofa perfect for up to two adults. The living room features direct access to the private beachfront balcony overlooking The World's Most Beautiful Beaches!

KITCHEN & DINING

Break a few eggs and whip up your favorite omelet in the kitchen equipped with a full suite of appliances. You'll find all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need to create even the most complex of recipes. When it's time to dine, four people can dine at the table with views of the Gulf and an additional three at the breakfast bar.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This condo sleeps 5 comfortably - up to 4 adults due to bunk bed limitations.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ample storage in the dresser and closet, a flat-screen smart TV, and access to an ensuite master bathroom. The master bathroom features an updated tiled standing shower perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach.

A cozy bunk nook is built into the hallway near the living room to provide sleeping arrangements for two children.

A half-bathroom can be accessed from the hallway near the bunk nook and features an interior door leading to the other full bathroom. In total, this condo contains 1.5 bathrooms.

CONDO AMENITIES

This condo features a stackable washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach.

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

OUTDOOR AREAS & RESORT AMENITIES

Grab the mimosa you just made and step out onto the furnished balcony to listen to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico right in front of you! The balcony features brand new chairs with seating for four.

Maybe you fancy a game of tennis, basketball, or shuffleboard? All of these are available to you onsite, just remember to bring the correct shoes!

PARKING

Guests have access to two unassigned parking spaces in the open parking lot. Parking passes and wristbands are required and must be purchased from the front desk upon arrival for $27.

The Summit provides 24-hour onsite Security year-round for the safety and comfort of guests.

THE AREA

If you do want to venture away from the resort's ample supply of things to do, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park. The Summit's prime location ensures access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, and a huge array of dining options like Longboard's and Hammerhead Fred's within walking distance. ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

Our system sends your check-in instructions 12-24 hours ahead of your 4pm arrival time. Please be sure to complete your rental agreement for our system to send out this email. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.

FLAG WARNINGS & THINGS TO KNOW

In Panama City Beach, the safety of beachgoers is the top priority. To keep the public informed about the current sea conditions, a color-coded beach flag warning system is in place.

Double Red Flag: Very high hazards, water is closed to the public. Stay out of the water when this flag is flying; failure to comply can result in arrest.

Single Red Flag: High hazards, including high surf and strong currents. Exercise extra caution when a single red flag is present.

Yellow Flag: Moderate surf or currents. Swimming is permitted but be cautious.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
The top bunk is intended for children aged 14 years or younger and weighing less than 125 pounds.

Please be aware that this property is in an area of Panama City Beach with ongoing development and exciting changes. You may experience neighboring construction during your visit.
