Blue Mar is a beautiful family beach home with a calming coastal palette located in Inlet Beach. It can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests in its 3 bedrooms plus the sleeper sofa. The first floor of the home is the main living area with an extra-large (and extra comfortable!) sectional. It frames a large TV, perfect for a movie night. This entertainment area opens to the dining area and kitchen of the home. It's easy for everyone to be part of the action with this layout.
The kitchen has plenty of counter space to keep the chef in your group happy. There is more than enough room for multiple people to help make dinner or prepare beach snacks. This home even comes with a water filtration system; fill your reusable water bottles straight from the tap!
Head out on the back patio for some more conversations while enjoying your favorite cocktail. Upstairs you'll find the 3 bedrooms of the home, each with TVs and plenty of storage. This gives everyone enough room to spread out and have privacy and quiet when needed.

Beach Access:
The areaâs largest public beach access with plenty of parking, plus restrooms and showers is a 3-minute drive (or 10 minutes walking). The pedestrian walkway that will go under Highway 98 is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed later in 2022.
Head down Grayling Way turning right on Orange Street. Take this road across 98 and down until you hit your beach access.

Inlet Beach & The 30A Area
The shops and dining of 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach are each less than a mile away. Grab a famous 30A breakfast at The Donut Hole. Enjoy lunch at Goatfeather's 30Avenue. Dinner? So many choices between Shades, Amici's, and more! Less than 1.5 miles away is Camp St. Helen State Park. The park is a great fishing spot and has numerous nature trails for hiking. Head to the beach for swimming or kayaking. Only 10 miles away in Panama City Beach is Pier Park Mall â with over 125 stores & restaurants, and an IMAX theatre. Russell-Fields Pier goes 1500 feet out into the Gulf for walking or fishing. If golf is your game, there are 5 public courses within a 30-minute drive.

A Benchmark welcome bag and an initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen, this includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom, it includes 1 roll of toilet paper, and 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels, you will receive 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
