Welcome to Aquavista 603 West - This low density complex has 2 towers and is only 8 stories high so you will have a large stretch of beach to sink your toes in the sand. Enjoy stunning sunsets, white sandy beaches, long relaxing walks along the shore, and beautiful blue water as far as the eye can see! This unit is on the 6th floor and is the perfect height to enjoy the unobstructed views. This is a gated community, with convenient covered parking under the building, Gulf-front swimming pool, hot tub, and is close to local attractions, shops and restaurants.

BEACHFRONT CONDO on the gulf. This waterfront condo is located directly on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach. Along with beautiful beach views, another advantage of a stay at Aquavista is there are only two eight-story towers, allowing for a less crowded beach.

On-site amenities include beachfront swimming pool, hot tub, an elevated sundeck, and optional Beach Service. Each tower has two elevators. Direct private beach access is only steps away. Exercise facilities are not open for guest use. However, there are a number of local gyms nearby that cater to vacationers.

Winn-Dixie, CVS and many restaurants located right across the street. You are also only a short trip to the famous City Pier and Pier Park for shopping and entertainment, featuring over 100 stores and restaurants. During your stay, be sure to take a relaxing walk through our Conservation Park. Only one mile away off of Hwy 98. Frank Brown Park is within a mile as well and has a splash park for the kids, water slides, green spaces, grills, pavilions, and a shaded playground. There are a number of grocery delivery and pick up services available. Ask us for assistance or recommendations.

**Please NOTE there will be a $500.00 Spring Break deposit and a variable check-in process provided with pre-arrival instructions for those reservations taking place between 03/07-04/15. This amount is not considered as part of your total, but due prior to arrival. This amount will be refunded once unit has been cleared of any damage.
**A Pack-N-Play (not a crib) and/or High Chair can be placed within your property as long as advised at least 48-hours prior to arrival and based on payment of a rental fee (Pack-N-Play $20.00, High Chair- $15.00).
