All AQUA guests must be pre-registered  to receive Parking Permit(s).  The registration fee is $50 per vehicle starting January 1, 2025. This fee is required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es).  This fee is in addition to the booking and details to obtain parking passes will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation.

Our stay was amazing! Our room was great. Pool was great. Nice having beach chairs pre paid. Food and shopping really close. But there was just 1 tiny thing at the beginning of our arrival upon check in they did not have enough baggage carts for the amount of people checking in at 4pm. But still 5 stars!!!

Well in spite on the gloomy wet days, we had a nice, clean and eye appealing condo to spend our vacation in. Our condo was the upside to our stay. All the amenities of home were right there in the place. We had plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. We enjoyed our stay.

The Aqua 1404 condo was a great place to stay on Panama City Beach. Beautifully appointed, comfortable beds and living area, beautiful view from the balcony, walkable to Pier Park, and well cared for. The pools and hot tub area were lovely, and reserving beach chairs and umbrella went smoothly. Those managing the condo were excellent to work with and very responsive! Easy check in, check out and access to the garage. We enjoyed a very relaxing stay!

The condo was immaculate and was perfect for our time away at the beach. The pool and beach are very easy to access and were busy, but the experience was great. The location is amazing and allowed us to stay within 2 miles of the condo most of our trip. Checkin and checkout was easy. Melissa was tremendous with communication. We would definitely stay again!

The unit was clean, comfortableand had everything we needed! Neither of the bedrooms faced the water (just an fyi) but wasn’t a big deal to us. The area was busy and has a lot of construction but no fault of the host!

What a beautiful experience to walk into a beautifully decorated place that you know you can enjoy for two weeks. Everything was immaculate. The dining table and eating bar was set with plates and cloth napkins. There was a Keurig and a regular coffee pot, so we had a choice. Plenty of throws and pillows for bedtime. Would I stay in Aqua 1404 again? You bet. Thank you for the opportunity to do so. We had a wonderful vacation.
