4BR 3.5BA House with views of the Gulf Close to 30A!

4 Bedroom 3.5 Bath house in the Casa Del Mar neighborhood. Located on the west end of Panama City Beach 10 minutes to Pier Park and 5 minutes to 30A.

This property is beautifully decorated with no expense spared. The house has 4 levels but the elevator makes hauling in your luggage or groceries an ease. Just across the street from the beach, the 3rd and 4th floors offer great views of the water from their private balconies.

Property layout:
Ground Floor: 1 car garage, 1st bedroom with a queen size bed and attached private bathroom. Patio off the 1st bedroom.
2nd Floor: 2nd bedroom with queen size bed, attached private balcony facing the Gulf and attached private bathroom. 3rd bedroom with 2 full size beds, an attached balcony and private bathroom.
3rd Floor: Fully stocked kitchen, dining table, bar seating, Half Bathroom, Living room and another balcony overlooking the Gulf.
4th Floor: Loft bedroom with a full size bed and attached private balcony with a great view of the Gulf.

The neighborhood has a community pool just a few steps from the house. Parking: One Mid-size car fits in garage, + 2 parking spaces for mid-size SUV/cars. We can not accommodate Large SUVs in parking spaces.

This house was amazing and very convenient location. The beach was a 4 minute walk from doorway to the end of the public entrance. They had so many things for guest to use: beach chairs, toys, wagons etc. Games and books for my grandchildren were a HUGE bonus. Grocery store super close. We just had such a wonderful time.

Spent the month of February at this condo to escape the cold weather at home. The condo was great and just as described, loved the location being so close to beach access. The elevator came in handy for groceries and my husband is disabled and unable to do stairs.

Very close to the beach and the beach was not crowded at all! The house was well appointed and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The elevator was very helpful in getting groceries in, and we appreciated the beach gear/towels that were available. Very happy with our vacation and would come back again!

We stayed at this location with our best friends and their children. With 4 adults and 4 children we had plenty of room and privacy. We had the pool to ourselves every single day, and the location to the beach was incredible. Highly recommend this location.

The location was awesome, close to the grocery store, Restaurants, Rosemary beach and even an easy drive to Seaside and Destin. We loved how everything was organized and available for us. Thank you for the use of the beach wagon and chairs. We grilled out the first night and really enjoyed that as well. The check in and out process was a breeze.

This place allowed us to have a wonderful vacation! We came as two families from MO with four kids aged 10-17. The house was beautifully decorated and the location was great! The house was stocked well with the items that we needed and it was great to have a beach wagon and toys that we didn't need to bring with us. The plumbing in the whole house likely needs some work, but no serious complaints from us. The cold water wasn't cold at all, one of the sinks didn't drain and several of the faucets leaked or sprayed in strange directions. Nothing that was a deal breaker. The beach access was super close and the beach was not busy at all - almost like having a private beach. The water and the weather was absolutely amazing. We would 100% stay here again because we loved just about everything about this vacation!

This condo set the stage for a perfect beach vacation for my partner and I, our 4 teen kids, and their 2 friends. The proximity to the beach was amazing--a very short walk to a non-busy, gorgeous part of Sunnyside beach. And the condo provided ample beach supplies including a wagon, chairs, umbrellas, boards and all kinds of fun things for our use. However, I would recommend bringing more beach towels as only 3 were available for our use at the time, but otherwise, everything else was very sufficient. The condo itself had everything we needed to cook dinners, it was comfortable, clean, pretty, and peaceful with plenty of space for our large crowd of teen kids. My only constructive criticism is that even though the property disclosed that parking would be tight, it was even tighter than expected! The driveway near our condo had HUGE rocks in the lawn behind it that made backing out of our driveway extremely difficult every time--even for our daughter's teeny tiny Toyota Scion which managed to bump into these big rocks at one point! I think the property would benefit from moving these rocks and extending the drives by a foot or so with a decorative gravel border, because let's be honest-- everyone traveling on family vacation is taking a big SUV or multiple cars, and we could fit them into the driveways easier with a bit more turning room. But even a dinged bumper couldn't detract from the wonderful time we had at this condo and I would happily stay here again!

We had an enjoyable stay at this property. Clean and nicely decorated. The walk to the beach was easy and the house is conveniently located right next to the pool. The beach wagon was so nice to have and they have everything you need for a day at the beach. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Looking forward to renting this property again!
