This well-situated retreat comfortably sleeps up to six and features a large covered deck overlooking the community pool, making it an easy spot for morning coffee or evening downtime after a beach day. With dedicated community beach access and close proximity to both Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, guests can enjoy a mix of laid-back beach days and nearby dining, shopping, and scenic walks along 30A.

Your Space
Inside, the home welcomes you with a bright, open-living layout designed for spending quality time together. The living area connects seamlessly to a fully equipped kitchen complete with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. The dining table seats four and sits next to a breakfast bar with three stools, offering flexible seating for meals, games, or planning the day ahead. A washer and dryer are also available, adding convenience for longer stays or active days outdoors.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
