All of the beds need to be upgraded They are very hard to sleep on. Also for the price of the condo. Beach chairs should be included but unfortunately They did not come with the rental. Absolutely loved the size of the condo it was so spacious. Overall I would give this condo a 8/10. Would definitely stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is great and a lot of room. It could just use some updating (furniture in living room, dinning room and patio) and a DEEP cleaning.

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved our condo! The only thing I could recommend is upgrade the pillows and mattress.They were a little uncomfortable but other than that the condo was wonderful and will definitely be back!

All of the furniture in the condo was broken down. We couldn't sit in the living room at all. The chairs at the dining room table are old and the padding needs replaced. The mattress in the master bedroom as so bad, we went out and bought a foam mattress pad in order to sleep

The resort is the best! Amazing view from the condo...and those are the only pros of this condo. My kids found the bedrooms with the double beds creepy. The bunkbeds in the bedroom with the queen were not stable! We used the mattress on the floor (which none of the mattresses were good. There were drywall patches everywhere that hadn't been finished and places that need to be patched. The furniture and decor is ALLLL BAD! Overall I chalked it up as you get what you pay for and this place would be great if they updated pretty much everything! The Master does not open to a balcony, the door is very hard to open and it has a balcony railing right in front of the doors. If you don't plan on spending much time in the condo this will serve your purpose I suppose.

Perfect condo for our family vacation, location was perfect for our family of 8 including two little ones. I had excellent communication with the rental office and questions answered in a timely manner. Plenty of towels and bed linens were provided. Fastest elevators making getting to the beach quick.

We loved staying here. My grandkids enjoyed it so much. Lots to do. Condo was very spacious. Enough room for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space. Definitely will book again.

It was great the pictures do it justice. The only thing is that front door was hard to close and lock. But other then that 5 stars all around.

Lots of space for a large group. It was clean. Huge living/dining area. Furnishings are a bit of a dated mismatch of things. But I understand this. If you had all new furniture, cabinets and etc it would not stay perfect with multiple guests/renters. Appliances were nice and kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dryer were clean and pretty new.Multiple pools, tiki bars, and access to the beach. Store, food and Starbucks on site. It was great for us. We would stay there again!

Awesome gulf view

Overall the place was amazing with a stunning view from the master bedroom and the living room with a nice balcony to sit and enjoy your coffee. Downfall was the dryer was broken and I didn't find out until the washer was done. Otherwise it was a great family vacation, as everyone had enough space.

Great Trip!

The condo is super spacious. We had 4 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of space to have fun! The biggest complaint that we had were the elevators. Being on the 24th floor, it seemed as if the elevators took forever with some being down. Other than that, the views were amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 24th floor. Great view of the beach. Parking is a hassle but not that big deal. Great accommodations bar, ice cream parlor, gas grills for outside cooking. Wish there was an indoor pool for those times needed. Room needs a little TLC and updating. It looked a little bare on the decorating area. Kitchen had just enough for you to get by. Floor could need a deep cleaning. Oh yeah the elevators for amazingly fast. Would visit again for the size and price.

Plenty of space for 8! Be prepared to clean the floors when you get there. The littles feet were black after only an hour an a half from arriving. Furniture is worn and the cushions on the deck are pitiful. Love Emerald Beach Resort. Owner just needs to hire a new cleaning service.

It is the perfect spot in a beautiful size. Just need a few more updates. And a better cleaning crew. The kitchen was very up-to-date clean immaculateBut I didn't figure out how to turn on nice machine, but that's on me. But the bed in the master bedroom is very hard and I really wish the sliding door would open. There is a rock glass that was in the cabinet chip that we almost gave to our daughter to drink out of that should be replaced and removed a leftid on the counter. In the bathroom that has the bump beds, the toilet constantly was running.And the toilet paper holder is not mounted to the wall correctly.Continue to fall in the trash can. And there was a horrible smell in the trash can outside that kept drifting into our room.Every time we opened the door which made it very uncomfortable due to the smell.That was coming off the floor one of the cleaning crews smelted and knew it was coming from the trash, compactor and left the trash and everything outside on wednesday. Also, the microwave was arrested and a lot of the lance did not work. So some of the rooms are very dumb or dark. That night. There was one remote that had no patent or batteries to it.In the children's room. And the door in the master bedroom that looks out to the beach is not able to open. And some of the beach toy are broken. This is what i noticed on my trip with your penthouse, room. When those few things are fixed that will be a super great place for any family.
