Our home is nestled in the peaceful and upscale community of Rosemary and Inlet Beach within a short walk, mere minutes, from the Inlet Beach Public Beach Access, restaurants, shopping, spas, nature trails, and more.

The house itself is a destination with custom interior design, and spacious bedrooms. This Artsy home was designed to fill your spirit with beach vibes. No walls were left untouched. The open concept ground floor has soaring 12ft ceilings, hand-painted murals evoking local nature, a luxurious velvet 9ft sectional with a double wide chaise, arm chairs and ample seating for all guests, 58" smart TV on a swivel mount, a bespoke dining table, chef's kitchen complete with all the appliances and cooking/baking supplies you could want, a gas range in the kitchen island to create your very own hibachi style cooking experience, and is full of original art. You'll also find an adorable half bath, a screened porch (no need to worry about bugs) with an outdoor sectional, gas grill, dining table, ceiling fan to keep the breeze going, and the most amazing outdoor lighting for when it gets dark (you'll be sending pictures of that one to your friends for sure!).

On the second floor, you'll find a designated work space, a beautiful full bath with walk in shower and double vanity, the gorgeous flamingo room with a luxury pillow top king bed, 40" smart TV, with a private balcony that overlooks local sand pines and scrub oak in the neighborhood. You'll also find the bunk room that is a riot of color with one twin bed and two bunk beds. One twin over twin, and one twin over full. The laundry room is fully equipped with both a full sized washer and dryer, drying rack, hanging rods and hangers, and an iron and ironing board. Lastly, the principle bedroom is a study in modern beauty. The custom oak headboard lights from behind for the most relaxing golden glow in the evenings. There is also a 50" smart tv, dual closets, a dresser, a lounge chair, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk in glass shower with a standard shower head and ceiling mounted rain shower head, an enormous soaking tub, and separate water closet.
