Experience elevated beachfront living at Tidewater 2003, a spacious Gulf-front condo located directly on the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach. With 1 bedroom, hallway bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, and over 1,200 square feet, this residence is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertaining.
The condo's expansive private Gulf-view balcony offers front-row views of the Emerald Coast and direct access to one of the largest private beaches in the area. Inside, the living room features a queen sleeper sofa, generous seating, and a 50” Smart TV, creating a comfortable retreat after a day in the sun.
The kitchen is fully equipped for extended stays, featuring full-size appliances, a Keurig coffee system, bar seating for three, and a dining table for four. The primary suite includes a king-size bed, TV, and spa-style ensuite bathroom with separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. Hallway bunks provide additional sleeping accommodations with easy access to the second full bathroom.
Tidewater Beach Resort amenities include:
-Two beachfront lagoon pools
-Heated indoor pool
-Gulf-front fitness center with Roman spa, sauna & steam room
-Onsite restaurant, Starbucks & sundries shop

Ideally situated near Pier Park, guests are moments from premier shopping, dining, entertainment, and family attractions like Frank Brown Park, Gulf World, and Shipwreck Island. Whether you're planning a family vacation, romantic getaway, or seasonal stay, Tidewater 2003 delivers luxury, location, and coastal comfort.
-Parking: Parking is NOT included in your reservation. The guest is responsible for pre-registering for parking through Tidewater HOA. It is $35 + tax + credit card fee = $39.59. This gets you 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands for this 1 bedroom + bunk unit. You will receive registration information in the Welcome Guide.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
-No Smoking Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
-This unit is not pet friendly.
