Condo was just remodeled in January of 2024! You will love all the new updates and fresh look! It is located on the 2nd floor right next to the stairs, so no need to deal with long elevator waits. Whether you're not a fan of heights, or not, this condo offers some amazing views of the gulf. The kitchen and dining area are perfect for mealtime, and you'll look forward to relaxing in front of the huge flat-screen TV in the family room on the sofa after a long day at the beach. This condo offers a WASHER AND DRYER, accessories and much more. You’ll love beach time at this condo!

I will be back!! This was our third year at this same condo and this room was the most convenient and comfortable!!

We had a great stay from check in to check out. The condo is as described. Very clean and we loved the LVT floors instead of tile or carpet. Right next to the elevator and trash shoot. We mainly took the stairs since it was only the 2nd floor but we did not have any issues when we needed the elevator. Will definitely be staying here again.

The condo was very nice and clean, check in was super easy. Master bed was very comfy. Couch was equally as comfy to lounge on when we had 1 rainy day and in the evenings! View was beautiful, and pool and hot tub were both warm, and kids swam and enjoyed them all week! Bikini bobs was good, and inexpensive to eat at- also drinks at both places were VERY good! Beach was very clean, as well as the water- overall great experience, will visit again!

The room is located at the right end of the building, which is away from the pools and check in area. This helps keep it quiet. The property manager was very helpful when the refrigerator/freezer would not properly work. We were able to get it working, and they also ordered the parts needed to fix it moving forward. This is a nicely decorated room, and you do not have to use the elevators at all.

The room was amazing, being on the 2nd floor and avoiding the elevators was the best! The balcony view was beautiful! Perfect view of the ocean and of the pools!! We have vowed to make this our home away from home!! The room had all you need fully loaded with kitchen amenities and cookware, washer and dryer in the room, literally everything you need is there to live comfortably and then some!! I will always recommend this property to anyone needing a location in PCB!!â˜€ïžđŸ–
