Twin Palms Unit 2104 – A modern two bed/two bath condo with amazing views that is ready for you!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Located at Twin Palms Resort, you are close to the best of everything Panama City Beach has to offer! From Pier Park and Gulf World to Pineapple Willy's and the Sportsplex, you are just minutes from great activities and just steps from the beach.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the small appliances, utensils, and tools you will need. Whether you want to make coffee to enjoy on your balcony or make a full dinner to share with your guests, you can do it here! Eat at the kitchen counter with stools or the separate dining table. The open floor plan leads into the living room, offering tons of natural light and gorgeous ocean views. There is a large, flat screen TV and plenty of seating, perfect for movie nights.

The Master bedroom features a King bed, with its own en suite bathroom with a shower tub combo. It is the perfect place to end a busy day at the beach. The second bedroom features a full size and a queen size bed also with an en suite bath with a shower tub combo. You will also find a washer and dryer in the property for your convenience.

A huge, rounded balcony with amazing unobstructed views of the Gulf. Plenty of comfortable seating that is perfect to have your morning coffee or to take an afternoon nap.

Twin Palms is located right in the heart of Panama City Beach. Located just steps from the ocean, you can spend your day relaxing at the beach. Twin Palms has a large pool with huge pool deck area, complete with a hot tub, grill area and tables and chairs for dining. There is an indoor hot tub, a newly renovated fitness center, complete with dry and steam saunas. You are just moments from all the best PCB has to offer- so whether you stay on the beach all day or venture out, you are sure to have a great time! Note: Garage Clearance: 6'

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

We have stayed in this condo several times. We love the location, the view and the easy of getting in and out of the condo . I can say this time the condo wasnt quit as clean as it usually is and the mattress need replacing. But this condo is great in every other way. I would definitely recommend all the mattresses be replaced. Regardless this is still a great condo

Not Bike week friendly

Had our little 10’ trailer out of the way on top level and was made to move it or going to be towed. Cost me 50. One spa had no pumps, sauna didn’t work. Room was ok but needs some work here and there. Loved location. Price was good.

great place to stay

Very clean and in a good location. Yes room did show a little wear from the years but nothing serious and the room was very clean. The view was great. I loved the fact that the entire property was gated so no worries about security. I would stay here again and I would recommend it.

Be prepared to bring your own staples

Great location- clean with comfortable beds. Balcony was great along with pool, sauna and hot tub! Be prepared to buy or bring your own staples as they only give you a “starter pack” of what we consider staples. You will receive 1 roll of tp per bathroom and 1 garbage bag. There were no hangers and no dish cloths. We stayed for 6 nights so needless to say we had to make an additional trip to pick up what is typically stocked for that length of stay. If you have littles, bring your own plastic or paper plates, cups and bowls as everything here is heavy ceramic and glass. Pretty and nice, but not for families. Tubs were slick for the older folks. But you do have one heck of a view!!

The first impressions of the room were good, but when we went to bed at night, red cockroaches began to crawl out, they are everywhere, in the kitchen, in the bathrooms. One night, when I turned on the light, there was a cockroach on the bed near my child's head, it's very disgusting. There are a lot of them, big and small, they climb into bread, food, run on plates, you can't leave anything on the table, not even sugar climb We immediately wrote to the company at night that there are unsanitary conditions and cockroaches are crawling here, but the answer was frivolous "close the doors and windows because they are probably palm beetles." We are very indignant at this attitude, because we took an expensive hotel.

Condo 2104

Gate code did not work upon arrival. Got correct code from another guest. Contacted property management and learned the code they gave us should have been the correct one but was never changed to that code throughout our stay. The condo was nice but was also occupied by roaches. I killed so many during our stay I lost count. Drawer pull on silverware drawer was broken and wouldn’t stay on. Paper towel holder needs repaired or replaced. Some of the patio furniture was dirty and falling apart or broken. We are a couple in our late 60’s and we’re not in the condo a lot but made it work. My review is to hopefully get the items corrected or repaired for the benefit of future renters.

In general, everything in the room was good with the exception of some things: 1, there was no cloth to wipe the floor, 2, the shredder constantly leaked under the sink, 3, there are too many things on the balcony... at the time of moving in, the condo was not cleaned well

Perfect spot in PCB

Check in was hassle free, customer service was available within minutes for anything. Perfect location close to the beach and all things to do in PCB. My family felt relaxed in the roomy condo and enjoyed the view the balcony offered! We even got a perfect view of fireworks from there! It was nice to have the kitchen and counter area to prep meals. The beds and couch are comfortable plus the two restrooms makes it perfect for a family. Would give more stars if we could we will be back in the future!

Wonderful property right on the beach. Nice private balcony to relax and take in the great view. 5 mins away from Walmart and Publix. The beach was not crowded at any time even though the public beaches were packed. Overall cleanliness of the apartment can be improved. It would have been nice if the property included some beach chairs and an umbrella. Overall Great stay. I would definitely recommend!

Peaceful, Pleasurable, Joyous!!!

From the moment that you opened the door, a feeling of peace falls upon all who enter. You are greeted by a home, not just another set of rooms. The kitchen is well stocked for any chef. You can enjoy dining indoors or outdoors. The living room is comfy and cozy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and provides ample storage to avoid luggage clutter. The VIEW...oh the views are AMAAAZZZING!!! You feel like you are part of the sky. We actually had the cutest birds keep us company while being outside. They serves as the best alarm clock in the morning as well. The location provides easy access to major grocers like Walmart and Publix as well as to restaurants and activities. Overall, we could not have asked for a better vacay and this accomodation provided the best foundation for that. Thanks from my family!!! P.S. My very picky son has already requested a return stay for this summer. That is a huge WIN!!!

Beautiful condo- unprepared management

The property was as described but checking in was a hassle. The door code did not work and we spent some time texting and calling the management to be able to enter the condo. Parking passes were not left for us as stated they would be. We reached out to management and were assured they would be sent over first thing the next morning. After receiving a note on our car that it would be towed shortly due to no parking pass we reached out to management again, this time around 11:00 a.m., to inquire about why we had not received them. They said they would send someone over with them quickly. We waited and waited losing precious beach time. Finally, we gave up and went out to the beach. We got a text they were there with our pass at about 1:00 which required us to return back to the condo to get it. Not a smooth check-in process at all.

Very nice unit on the 21st floor. Clean and well kept as you can ask for in a rental unit. Great location right on the beach with amazing ocean views from the large balcony. Check in was easy, very responsive. Highly recommend.

Home away from home

Beautiful unit with all the comforts of home and more. Awesome beach view. Karen, the owner, was very responsive and answered all my questions. She also provided detailed info prior to my arrival. My first time using VRBO and I had an enjoyable vacation.
