« This is for apartment 48B - I sent my flight information to the management team well in advance letting them know my arrival time. They didn't leave the key with the Yoo staff and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to bring it to me (9pm). I booked a 9 day stay, bought groceries, and discovered the oven wasn't working. « We stayed for one night as a family of five. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong smell of fresh paint, which the gentleman at reception did mention. However, with no windows or proper ventilation, the fumes were overwhelming and negatively affected our stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. I hope the hotel ensures newly painted rooms are properly ventilated before assigning them to guests. »
