« The views from this home were amazing! Morning you woke up to the chirps of birds and the ocean in front of you. The home was very comfortable and had everything you needed. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and every room had great views. The best part was that this was a gated community, so the beach was like a private beach that would be shared by Casa Bonita and Westin folks. « Once you get past the foot traffic outside (Which is the locals moving around) this place is just the perfect place to stay. Comfortable, clean and safe. « Arrived in the evening and was immediately impressed with the location of the property as well as the amenities. Beautiful layout, air conditioned, as well as the roof top pool with great views of the city. Property was very secure with staff on site at all times. Highly recommend! »

« The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. « Owner and manager responded quickly to any issues we had. Construction in area made traveling to and from city, which was only 6 kilometers away, a challenge during rush hour. On the other hand it was much easier traveling west to the beaches as traffic was lighter. Bathroom tub and shower need a thorough cleaning. We enjoyed amenities such as pool, exercise room and golf. « This is a 2 floor penthouse. With full ocean views and lots of room big bed rooms large well equipped kitchen living room area. Just needed more time to live here. Could easily stay for a month or more. The location is in the walking district in the heart of Panama City. Due to covid a number of places have not opened back up. The patio space between roof top patio and wrap around decks to people watch were a highlight for our kids. The host even left us wine and beer. It was very walkable and Uber friendly.
