« This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location surrounded by lush gardens. It lacks some of the amenities you expect at this level (gym, fridge in the room, tea making facilities) and the helicopters that come and go to the hotel’s helipad are a real nuisance. However, my real reason for the 4/5 grade is because of all the bird cages. Toucans are meant to be free. »

« Everything was perfect, Astrid is very professional and helpful. Thank you !! »

« Petite auberge tranquille au centre de Panajachel. Petit déjeuner dans un beau jardin. Excellent restaurant 7 Caldos »

The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake. At night the narrow or non-existent sidewalk caused one to be in close contact with the busy traffic when walking h »

« I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. The host went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed including assistance with locating transportation and booking a massage. Definitely would recommend and choose this place on my return trip. »
