« Such an amazing stay at this condo and perfect location with boating facilities. The host thought of very detail and goes above and beyond to accommodate guests, with a food pantry and toiletry cabinet in each bathroom to cover you for emergency supplies that you may have not brought or picked up at the store. »

« We wanted a place close to where we are moving and discovered this gem. Beautifully appointed and comfortable. We lacked for nothing. The hosts thought of everything. Michele and Jeremy are super. Our days were busy with errands for our new home but we spent our evenings relaxing with the sounds of the gulf in this beautiful place. We even saw dolphins one morning. Cannot recommend the condo or the hosts enough. Thanks Michele and Jeremy for a wonderful stay! »

« We stayed at this property while visiting Tallahassee for an FSU game, and found this gem about 40 minutes away from the stadium. The property is at the top of what seems to be an apartment complex with about 7 other units with tenants. It is a small unit, with a very cohesive interior design with beautiful updated fixtures. The unit itself was very clean and tidy. The inside space is a bit on the small side, but there is a very good use of space. The surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful...

« We had 2 families and we all had a great time. Sue was very attentive and checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We were able to check in early which was amazing. House was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed being steps away from the beach. Beach is not crystal clear with white sand but it was great for fishing and everyone in our group still enjoyed the beach. Thank you for having us and I'm sure we will be back! »

« This was our second time staying! We love this condo complex and this unit is set-up nicely with an amazing view! It's not fancy but is perfect for a low-key relaxing get away to enjoy this "forgotten" part of Florida! Would definitely recommend and we plan to stay again soon! »

« A very nice Condo overlooking the bay. You can fish right off the pier on the property. Golf course within 6 minutes with a Grill that serves good food and bartenders/waitress were friendly and helpful. Area not commercialized so still a community feel. Local shopping mostly, dollar general is the main box big box chain around for shopping and IGA is the grocery store.. If you want laid back, quite and peaceful and just enjoy local flavor atmosphere this is the place »
