« Personnel très sympathique Chambre impeccable Propreté 10/10 »

« First of all the surroundings , I didn’t feel safe, two dancing places that kept the music up to 4 am , second the place is old , everything is , the room furniture, the kitchen, the bathroom, the sheets , the pillows smell like peoples body oil , I sat on the couch all night couldn’t handled the smell of the bed. « Breakfast was very poor just a pair of bags with plain bread. We asked for butter multiple times they never had butter. There were several of us on this trip some other stayed at other hotels that were cheaper and they got full real breakfast with cheese, butter and eggs with arepas. They need to get better with breakfast. »

« It was a good time »

« The stay itself was good. However, the hotel has double-charged my reservation: a payment through hotels.com and a separate payment to the hotel itself. This was discovered the day of check-out. The team at the reception indicated that the could only give me a voucher for a future stay. Upon insisting, they agreed to request a credit note. However, 1 month after the issue I have not received my money. This hotel has committed unfair practices! »
