30-NIGHT MINIMUM AND FULL MONTH BOOKINGS ONLY.
Vista Montaña is a beautiful 2-story Spanish Revival condominium residence in the Historic Tennis Club district of Palm Springs. Nestled between the San Jacinto Mountains and the downtown Palm Canyon Drive corridor, Vista Montaña is the perfect location for spending your season in Palm Springs.
Vista Montaña is part of St. Baristo condominium homes, a gated luxury development with whitewashed stucco, red tile roofs, wrought iron, paver cobblestone streets, and mature landscaping. The interior of this contemporary 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is beautifully and thoughtfully finished by a well-known local designer.
You’ll enter into Vista Montaña through a gated courtyard designed for relaxation with a gas grill, fire pit seating area, comfortable lounge chairs, and a café table with an umbrella - all with head-on views of the mountains.
Just inside you enter the great room with living, dining and kitchen all sharing equal billing in this high ceiling heart of the home.
The expansive kitchen island seats five comfortably with plenty of room to prepare and serve incredible meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes upgraded stainless steel appliances. The dining area has a large round glass-top table with seating for 6. The large living area has two comfortable couches and lounge chairs to watch the action in the kitchen, enjoy the game on a 75” smart TV, relax by the fireplace, or simply get lost in staring out at the mountain range.
Rounding out the main level is a large guest bedroom and adjacent bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed, 42" smart TV, and large closets. The bath has a large vanity with a quartz countertop and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
Upstairs you’ll enter an open loft den with comfortable sofa seating, a 55" smart TV, and a desk for those days you need to take care of work. You will also find the laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer.
The large primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, 50" smart TV, Juliet balcony, and a second wrought iron balcony with seating to enjoy the sunrise bounce off the San Jacinto mountains. The incredible primary bathroom has an oversized vanity with two sinks, a free-standing soaking bathtub, and a large glass-enclosed shower. The connecting closet is thoughtfully designed with built-in cabinetry to truly make this your seasonal home away from home.
Upstairs you’ll also find the second guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed, 50" smart TV and ample closet and storage space. The connecting bathroom has a double sink vanity and a large walk-in glass-enclosed shower.
Just steps away from the home you will have access to the community pool area with a large saltwater pool, spa, cabanas, outdoor showers, fireplace, and elevated leisure space and clubhouse with incredible views.
RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**Renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $1000 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is pet-friendly with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. Not appropriate for people with pet allergies.
