This exceptional vintage Mid-Century property was built in 1959, located in Deepwell one of the oldest Palm Springs neighborhoods.
Unique en suite bathrooms have been kept to their original style, allowing a total back in time immersion.
All details in craftsmanships are from the era and beautifully maintained.
Extremely quiet and private backyard is perfect for a relaxing time around the fire pit, the sitting area or pool time with family and friends .
Close to downtown, shops, hiking trails, coffee shops.
A walk in the neighborhood will fill your eyes with stunning Mid-Century architecture and pristine homes.

By booking with us , you agree to fill out return all paperwork required by the City of Palm Springs, prior to your check in date.
Other things to note:
• Rates subject to change until reservation confirmed.
• Holiday Periods, as well as Modernism Week, Coachella, BNP Paribas Open, and other desert events may have higher Rates/Minimum Stays.
• One time cleaning fee of $300.
• Dogs allowed upon owner approval only. One time dog cleaning fee of $100 will apply.
• Optional pool heating is available at $100 per day.
City Requirements:
• Required City of Palm Springs Transient Occupancy Tax of 11.5% and Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) assessment of 1% .
• Per City requirements, the primary Guest will be required to complete our rental agreement (separate from VRBO's terms) and provide a copy of driver's license prior to arrival. All adult guests must sign the City's "Statement of Rules and Regulations" prior to arrival.
• A maximum of 6 overnight guests. 4 additional guests are allowed during the day.
• A maximum of three (3) automobiles are allowed at the house. Per City requirements, make/model and license plates of all cars will need to be provided.
• No music may be played outside at any time. This includes music played inside that may be heard outside. There is a $500 citation for violation. [If guest receives a citation, guest will be subject to immediate eviction without refund.]
