The inviting living and dining area is anchored by a sleek gas fireplace and dual sliders that effortlessly connect to both the front and backyard spaces. Culinary enthusiasts will delight in the fully equipped chef's kitchen. Guests are welcome to savor the seasonal bounty from our Grapefruit, Lime, and Meyer Lemon trees.

Each bedroom and the living room are outfitted with their own Samsung Smart TVs, providing a personalized entertainment experience. While we don't offer cable TV, the TVs come preloaded with a range of popular apps. Simply log into your accounts or mirror content from your personal devices. Guest access:
You will be greeted by Luxsy and given a door and gate code. Complete access to the entire property, including the garage with a ping pong table. Please park only in the driveway. An EV plug is available, though guests must provide their own charger.

PET FEE: Pets must be approved in writing. A $150 per pet fee (MAX 2 pets) will be added to the reservation after you book on Airbnb. Additionally, there is a $500 pet deposit that is refundable if no damage occurs. These pet costs will be added after your reservation is made. Failure to pay these fees within 24 hours of booking will cancel your reservation.

*Optional pool/spa heating can be added after booking for $59 per day.

*You must be 25 years or older to rent a vacation home and no outdoor music is allowed in Palm Springs.

*A Rental Guardian policy is included with the Cleaning Fee.
