The desert charm of Palm Springs will be just around the corner, as this home sits in a quiet neighborhood less than two miles from the downtown core. Meander along Palm Canyon Drive and you will find delicious restaurants, great fashion boutiques, and various museums and art galleries! When you want a bit of adventure, the trails in the area and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway will both offer breathtaking views of the valley and desert landscape. A day trip to Joshua Tree National Park is always a good idea as well and sits just 35 miles from home base.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
-This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 95 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

We loved the house. It was perfect for our family of five. Lots of fun in the pool with a great covered outdoor area to cool off when you've spent too much time in the sun. We will be back!

Unfortunately 2 of our group of 5 ended up at hospital, broken hip and virus (not Covid). House was nice. The washing machine was broken, repair men came but wasn't able to fix it. Wednesday morning at 6 am gardeners came...😟. I enjoyed the pool, and loved design of the house.

Three of us came to celebrate a low key birthday getaway with the girls. The house was perfect. Very quite and private. The house was complete with anything we needed. The pool was nice and clean. Would stay here again.

The lock to the property is difficult to open. It took 2 staff and an hour to help us get in under the sweltering summer heat. Previous guest also had the same problem. AC is old and machine is inside the living room area which makes loud noise and smell very dusty flaring up my allergy.

Overall, we had a wonderful time as a family at this property. However, we found an empty beer bottle by the pool and the floor was a tad dusty. Now, this wouldn't be an issue if we weren't be charged an exorbitant cleaning fee. Checking wasn't great, we accessed the property app and it provided us no details on where the property was. They also didn't provide us the door key till after we arrived and waited on the property for 30 minutes. From what I gathered, two property management companies were merging and were working through some kinks. My thought; just what we need, a larger corporation ruining more aspects of society. In the end, we would rent this property again as the family had a great time and that is all that matters.
