This mid-century modern haven was designed by noted architect Hugh Kaptur, the last living Palm Springs modernist architect. Need a highly curated list of what to see, do, eat and drink in the area? The space
The home was recently renovated keeping the mid-century vibe while adding modern amenities. As you wander the home you will admire not only the structure of the house (exposed beams, stone flooring) and the indoor/outdoor lifestyle Palm Springs is famous for, but also the eclectic artwork and furniture.

If you love to cook, you are in luck. The modern kitchen features new counter tops and bar seating and is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and everything you need to satisfy your epicurean delights. Including a special collection of serving ware that enables you to create that dinner party you see photographed in magazines. The outdoor patio features an 8 person dining table and stainless steel grill, overlooking the pool.

The master bedroom is spacious and features a French oak king bed imported from Europe with a memory foam mattress and a set of French glass doors that open directly to the backyard and pool. It also includes a modern en-suite bath with double sinks and a large walk-in shower with dual showerheads. The three additional guest bedrooms feature comfortable, queen beds; one of the bedrooms located on the opposite wing of the house, with direct French door access to the pool. The bedrooms share a modern hall bath with walk-in shower featuring eclectic tilework, Hansgrohe fixtures and a skylight.

The house comes stocked with playing cards, board games, puzzles, Dominoes, and lawn games for hours of entertainment. The pool features two “party” ledges that are ideal for entertaining as you relax waist high with your favorite cocktail (or mocktail) in hand. There is also a separate hot tub with perfect views of the mountain and colored lights for your nighttime enjoyment. And of course there is a hammock for afternoon napping or reading.
