The space
Welcome to The Deborah House, a bright 3BR/2BA Palm Springs retreat designed for comfort, style, and the perfect desert escape. Step inside the open floor plan where a fully equipped kitchen makes dining easy—whether you’re preparing gourmet meals or casual bites. The living room features a Smart TV, indoor fireplace, and cozy seating, ideal for family movie nights or relaxing with a book and glass of wine.

The primary suite offers a king bed, en-suite bath, west-facing views, and Smart TV. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds—perfect for kids or friends. A washer/dryer and 3-car garage add convenience for longer stays.

Outside is where the magic happens. Lounge by the private pool and spa, take in breathtaking San Jacinto Mountain views, or gather around the fire pit under desert stars. A brand-new outdoor bar & BBQ area with seating is perfect for al fresco dining, while the private bocce ball court adds fun for families and groups.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire home, backyard, pool, spa, fire pit, outdoor dining area, bocce ball court, and 3-car garage. The home is self check-in ready with a smart lock for easy arrival anytime after 4 PM.

The pool and spa are yours to enjoy year-round. Heating is optional and highly recommended October–May ($75/day, arranged in advance).

Driveway parking is available for up to 3 cars.

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
No parties or events – Palm Springs enforces strict noise ordinances for vacation rentals
No outdoor music at any time (per city regulations)
All house rules must be followed (details provided prior to arrival and in the in-home guidebook)

City Requirements
The City of Palm Springs requires:

A signed vacation rental contract (sent before arrival)

A copy of the responsible renter’s government-issued ID

License plate numbers of personally owned vehicles

Please Note
Palm Springs strictly regulates all licensed vacation rentals with the following citywide rules:

Occupancy limits must be respected

Good neighbor and quiet-hour policies must be followed

Homes must remain party-free

Bed tax (TOT) is collected separately if not billed by booking platform, as required by the city

Rentals of 28 nights or longer are exempt from TOT, but guests are responsible for all gas & electricity charges during their stay (meter reads at check-in/out). A utility deposit (separate from the security deposit) is collected in advance to cover these costs
