Incredible villa with amazing views and large pool: The Kasbah is a stunning, newly remodeled 4-bedroom, 2-bath designer villa with a large saltwater pool, a free-standing spa, and breathtaking mountain views. This 2,000 sqft oasis, tastefully furnished and nestled on an 11,000 sqft private, gated lot, offers a retreat-like atmosphere with lush landscaping, fruit trees, and desert plants. Located just minutes from Downtown Palm Springs, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families, friends, or couples seeking a luxurious getaway.

The Kasbah, this gathering place was inspired by the allure of Morocco - with handmade vintage carpets, pillows, lighting, and artwork from the region.
An original 50’s home, the mountain-view property has been beautifully updated inside and out - with no expenses spared. The home is surrounded by palm, olive, and fruit trees, as well as various flowers that attract hummingbirds and other colorful types. Past the courtyard and its water fountain, the walled yard features privacy bushes, as well as an electric grill, and room to dine alfresco.
All on one floor, the open layout is perfect for socializing. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with top-quality appliances and ample stone counter space. Unwind in the plush primary suite, where a wall of sliding glass doors leads out to the pool deck. The gas fireplaces in the dining area and primary suite add a cozy ambiance.

The spacious living features a cozy L-shape couch to lounge on, read a book, play games, or watch TV on the 60-inch flat-screen smart TV (use your own private subscriptions to access your favorite shows).

The 4 bedrooms include a large master suite with a king bed, a spa-like ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in shower. The second guest room has a king bed and a walk-in closet. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen bed and are connected through a walk-in closet-like space. However, the fourth bedroom can also be accessed from the outside through a large glass sliding door. The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have modern, upscale vanities and lit mirrors, and are newly remodeled. All bedrooms are spacious and have lots of natural lights.

Our location is the ultimate Palm Springs retreat surrounded by the best the desert has to offer for outdoor adventure, golf, tennis, hiking, arts, culture, gaming, and entertainment. Palm Springs offers a wealth of activities and events throughout the year. Just a few minutes away you are at the Indian Wells Tennis courts to enjoy the yearly BNP Tennis Open. Soar to the top of Mount San Jacinto on the world-famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, or hike the ancient palm groves of the Indian Canyons. Tour celebrity and mid-century homes, attend fabulous theater performances, or wind down with a poolside massage. In the evening, stroll the year-round Villagefest, then relax with a swim under the stars. This vacation dream home is just minutes away from the Coachella Valley and the Coachella Music Festival or you can also hop on one of the luxury coaches that will transport you directly to the festival.

Extra perks include a private washer/dryer, central AC, and complimentary WiFi. This serene setting is also close to the airport, downtown Palm Springs, and beautiful parks and golf courses. Streaming is available using your own accounts. Parking notes: Three cars can park in the driveway.

Optional Services, Fees, Amenities, and House Rules:

Please read the house rules within 24 hours of booking. If they do not work for you, cancel your reservation free of charge. Continuing with the booking indicates your acceptance of the rules.

Pictures: Bedspreads, rugs, and outside furniture may vary in color as they are replaced periodically, but the overall color scheme remains the same.

Instant Booking: You can "instant book" this home. All reservations are pre-approved and accepted through the automated system "HostTools," including all fees except for any optional extras.

Optional Extra Fees:

- Extra Guests: The nightly rate covers up to six guests. Each additional guest (up to a maximum of eight guests) is $25 per day. Visitors are not allowed unless pre-approved.

- Spa and Pool Heating: The spa is heated for free and does not require an additional fee. The pool is not heated but can be heated for $150 per day (minimum 2 nights heating required). Notify us 24 hours before your arrival if you want the pool heated.

- Pet Fee: A $200 fee applies for pet cleaning unless your dog is a certified service dog (provide certification). Emotional support animals are subject to the pet fee unless a service dog certificate is provided.

We welcome pets but require that any mess they make is promptly cleaned up. If any mess is left behind, an additional fee of $500 will be charged.

- Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is after 4 pm, and check-out is before 11 am. Early check-in (from 8 am) and late check-out (until 6 pm) are available for 50% of the nightly rate, subject to availability.

All rates, cleaning, taxes, admin, and other fees are non-negotiable. Any unpaid fees will be deducted from the security deposit.

Cancellation: All bookings are subject to a strict cancellation policy as defined on VRBO.

Guest Count: Only booked guests and pets are allowed on the premises. Provide an accurate guest count in your reservation and announce any pets.

Noise Ordinance: No outdoor music is allowed due to the Desert City Noise Ordinance. A $500 fine per occurrence will be charged for violations. The city of Palm Springs is very strict.

Non-Smoking: This is a non-smoking property.

House Rules:

- Check-in after 4 pm. Check-out before 11 am unless otherwise booked.
- No loud noise/music allowed. City noise ordinance laws apply with a $500 fine.
- Minors must be supervised by adults at all times. The pool is not fenced.
- Consult your physician before using the pool or spa. Do not leave pool lights on overnight.
- No glass items outside around the pool. Use provided plastic dishes and pool towels.
- No smoking or drugs allowed on the premises.
- The host is not liable for any injuries or accidents on the premises.
- Only booked guests and pets are allowed. No overnight visitors and pre-approved daily visitors only.
- No professional filming or photography without authorization.
- Pets are allowed for a $200 fee. Clean up after your pets.
- The pool can be heated for a fee.
- No glass, cans, or sharp objects around the pool and backyard.
- Remove all trash from the home, garage, and backyard.
- Pictures represent the design, but items like bedding and decor may change periodically.

A/C Temperature Request:
In the desert climate, in order to maintain the system and ensure proper functioning, we kindly ask that you keep the A/C set to 72°F or higher during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!

By booking, you agree to waive all rights to hold the management, host, and/or owner liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss/damage to personal belongings on the premises.

You will be met by a local manager named Maria, who will check you in and show you around. Her contact number will be shared with your booking confirmation.

The Kasbah truly is an oasis. The property is well kept; the pool, sparkling. Lots of little things meant a lot. From the sunrise painted headboard to the Moroccan pillows and light fixtures everywhere, to all the kitchen items we needed, the owners really put a lot of detail and thought into this wonderful property. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was lovely and the backyard was especially amazing. The property manager and everyone we worked with throughout the planning process was super helpful and responsive. The location was an easy walk downtown which made it even better. We would highly recommend staying here and can't wait to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Clean, spacious and a convenient location. The large pool and hot tub were ideal with the backdrop of the beautiful San Jacinto mountains. The back bedroom also had a spectacular view of the mountains. The backyard was tranquil even with some noise from street traffic on the weekends. Communication with the owner was EXCELLENT. She responded immediately and was accommodating when we needed anything.

Good location in nice residential area. Lots of space in living/dining/kitchen area for our family to spread out. Kitchen is well equipped which was great for meal prep. The kids (and adults!) loved the pool and hot tub and the pool noodles and tubes were really appreciated.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Kasbah in Palm Springs, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The house is a perfect blend of incredible style and thoughtful interior design. Each bedroom is spacious, beautifully decorated, and offers plenty of privacy. The outdoor space is equally impressive. The pool is huge, and the hot tub worked perfectly, providing a relaxing retreat. There’s a BBQ, and multiple private seating areas scattered throughout the property, making it ideal for outdoor dining and lounging. The backyard feels like a serene sanctuary, with plenty of space and lush landscaping, perfect for unwinding. The location is fantastic as well! We enjoyed peaceful morning walks— the neighborhood is very pedestrian-friendly. There’s ample parking, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking. Overall, this home is a perfect 10/10. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil getaway in Palm Springs!
