OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The resort-style front and back yards will transport you to the Italian Riviera with its Mediterranean-inspired styling and ultra-luxe finishes. Lounge by the pool and take in the unobstructed mountain views on one of the comfortable recliners, bask in the shade of the palm trees with a good book, or soak your worries away in the spa. There are multiple outdoor seating areas to choose from, including a shaded lounge with a huge sectional couch and a flat-screen TV.

Challenge your fellow guests to a tournament on the ping pong table or pool table, then fire up the BBQ grill and gather in the outdoor dining area for an al fresco dining experience to remember.

The communal indoor areas of this property have been finished to an extremely high standard and provide plenty of space for families, multi-families, and groups of friends to spend time together. The living room features a large flatscreen TV that's perfect for movie marathons, and the fireplace creates a cozy ambiance on those cool desert evenings. A convenient half-bathroom completes the comfortable indoor living room setup.

The large open-plan kitchen is every chef's dream and has all the appliances and equipment necessary to whip up feast after feast. Two dedicated dining areas give guests plenty of choice at mealtimes. Gather at the eight-seater table with direct access to the outdoor area, or pull up a chair at the round table next to the kitchen. There's also room for four at the kitchen counter for light bites or a luxe chef's table experience.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The generously sized primary bedroom has a hotel-quality king-size bed, direct access to the pool area, and a dedicated workspace. A luxurious en suite bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower completes the boutique hotel setup.
The second beautifully-finished bedroom has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of storage space, and boasts direct access to one of the property's outdoor seating areas. The third spacious bedroom has two full-size beds, a flat-screen TV, individual reading lights, and a large closet. The second and third bedrooms share access to the modern guest bathroom which has a large walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.

An additional casita can be found on the other side of the property and features a king-size bed, a workspace, direct access to outdoor seating, and a kitchenette. The casita's en suite bathroom features dual vanities and a hotel-style walk-in shower.
