Getting Around:
Indian Canyons is a serene neighborhood perfect for waking and biking. It is conveniently located 7 minutes from the heart of lively downtown and close to popular destinations such as the Ace Hotel, Mr. Lyons Steakhouse, Bar Cecil, the Purple Room, The Saguaro Hotel, and many more. Nearby attractions: hiking and biking trails, ATV’s, and Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

The City of Palm Springs has established strict regulations for short-term rentals, which we are required to follow. To ensure we can continue sharing our lovely space with guests like you, we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to these rules. Thank you for your understanding!

- Property Use Parties and Noise: We enforce a strict no-parties policy. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Any noise should not be audible at the property lines at any time.
- There is a prohibition of amplified noises outside of the home. NO SPEAKERS are allowed outside of the home.
- Booking and Occupancy Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book this property.
- Guest Count: Please declare the accurate number of guests during booking. Our rates may adjust based on the number of guests, with a maximum of 8 overnight occupants allowed. A total of no more than 12 daytime occupants. A maximum of 4 vehicles are allowed with disclosure required.
- Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required for access instructions and the door code. This is in compliance with city regulations.
- ID Verification: To adhere to local regulations, we will request a government-issued ID from the main guest. IF THE CITY ISSUES A VIOLATION DUE TO ANY OF THE RULES BEING BROKEN BELOW, THE GUEST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING FINES AND MAY FACE EVICTION WITHOUT A REFUND.
Pool: Optional pool heating is available for an additional fee of $110 per day. If you choose to heat the pool, it must be for the entire duration of your stay.
Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the unit or on the premises. Please use designated smoking areas if available and comply with local smoking laws. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 fee. This fee is to cover the additional cleaning costs and mitigation costs of removing smoke odor.
Pets: Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional fee ($100 small pet / $200 large pet) plus deposit. Service Animals are allowed with disclosure. Any signs of pets on the property without written consent will incur a $500 fee. This fee is to cover the additional cleaning costs and mitigation costs of removing hair and steaming certain couches and sheets.
Children: While we welcome children, please note the property is not child-proofed and requires adult supervision.
Check-in: After 3pm
Check-Out: Before 11am. Please vacate the premises by the agreed-upon check-out time. A late check-out without prior arrangement in writing will incur a $250 fee minimum. This fee is to cover the additional cleaning costs, time, and or rescheduling fees that are paid to the cleaners, in addition to costs associated with the next guest’s arrival.
Damage Reporting: Any damages or breakages during your stay must be reported to the host immediately. Garbage Disposal: Dispose of garbage responsibly, following any specific instructions for trash separation.
Security and Parking Security: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property to maintain security.
Parking: If parking is provided, use only designated areas.
Trash should be stored out of public view, except between 5 am and 8 pm on collection days, following city regulations.
Communication and Compliance Communication: Should you have any questions, concerns, or issues during your stay, please reach out immediately for assistance.
Adherence to our house rules, as well as local vacation rental ordinances, is essential. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of your deposit or termination of your reservation without a refund.
