Inspired by the sunny Italian countryside and golden desert sun of Southern California, this bright and eclectic retreat will be the perfect jumping-off point for your next Palm Springs adventure.

Filled with pop culture and music themes throughout, you will love the various art pieces that feature David Bowie, Grace Jones, Dolly Parton, 1950s-60s Hollywood stars like Rock Hudson, Ava Gardner, Lana Turner, and Andy Warhol's Mickey Mouse.

Not to mention, a record player awaits to play some vintage and not-so-vintage vinyl to really set the mood. When days heat up, step out to the gorgeous backyard oasis, and take a dip in the private saltwater pool, or simply bask in the sunshine with a good cocktail in hand. When the sun dips behind the mountain range gather around the fire pit to continue the enjoyment that this wonderful area has to offer.

Though a full kitchen awaits inside, you can stay in the fresh air to have a cookout on the gas propane grill and dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table. When it is time to settle down, the Mid-century furnishings and mounted Smart TV will make the perfect setting for a movie night.

The living room offers a large screen smart television, so you won't miss your favorite show/game while vacationing in sunny Palm Springs. The Primary bedroom showcases a King size bed, smart tv, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, decorative artwork, and a work desk. The second guest room also features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, and shares the hallway bathroom that showcases a shower/tub combo.

Situated in Demuth Park, an authentic neighborhood, you will feel like a local in no time with access to a plethora of parks and trails. When you want to venture into downtown, make the short three-and-a-half mile drive to Indian Canyon Drive and pop into the local restaurants, shops, and bars that make this desert city so special.

Switch up the scenery and check out the famous Mid-century celebrity homes in the area too, as they will not disappoint!

Parking notes: One car smaller sized car can fit in the garage, two can fit on the driveway.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $49 nightly or $245 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
