Multiple outdoor living and dining spaces make it easy to embrace the indoor-outdoor lifestyle that defines Palm Springs, while the fully fenced grounds offer added privacy and plenty of space for four-legged companions.

Inside, Casa Colibri blends the timeless character of a California bungalow with modern comfort and understated elegance. Walls of glass frame the gardens and mountain vistas while filling the living spaces with natural light. At the heart of the home, a chef`s kitchen with an oversized island creates a natural gathering place for morning coffee, preparing dinner, or cocktails before a night downtown.

Casa Colibri accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. Three bedrooms feature King beds and the fourth offers a Queen bed, providing exceptional privacy for families, couples traveling together, or groups of friends. When additional sleeping space isn`t needed, the flexible fourth bedroom can also serve as an office or studio.

Perhaps Casa Colibri`s greatest luxury is its location. The Historic Tennis Club is one of Palm Springs` most celebrated neighborhoods, nestled against the San Jacinto Mountains immediately adjacent to downtown. Restaurants, galleries, museums, shopping, and nightlife along Palm Canyon Drive are approximately a five-minute walk from the house—close enough to leave the car behind, yet the home`s walled and gated grounds provide a peaceful retreat when you`re ready to unwind.

Dogs are welcome, and the fully fenced grounds make it easy to bring your four-legged family members along.

Whether you`re spending the afternoon poolside, entertaining around the kitchen island, walking downtown for dinner, or simply enjoying the mountain views from the garden, Casa Colibri offers an unusually private setting in the heart of Palm Springs.

Spa heating is included with your stay. Optional pool heating is available for an additional charge and is especially recommended October through May. Extended seasonal stays of 29 nights or longer are also available.
We are fortunate to be one of the few cities in the Coachella Valley that allows short-term rentals. To maintain this privilege, all guests must abide by the local law. Palm Springs City Ordinance 2075 is very specific and highly enforced.
