Welcome to your ideal festival getaway! These three 3‑bedroom timeshare condos blend modern comfort with resort‑style amenities, offering the perfect base for Coachella or Stagecoach. Located in the heart of Palm Springs, you’ll enjoy easy access to the festival grounds, with the nearest shuttle stop at the Palm Springs Convention Center, just 1.3 miles from the property.

• The listing is for three separate 3BR condos within a hotel-style timeshare-style apartment complex and similar to a hotel, the exact unit is assigned at check-in.

•The units may be in different buildings depending on availability. We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are up to 250 feet apart.

Each 3-bedroom can accommodate up to 7 guests and features:

- First bedroom: Queen Bed
- Second bedroom: Queen bed
- Third bedroom: Two Twin beds
- Spacious living room with comfortable seating, including a queen sofa bed.
-Access to a private balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture.
Kitchen:
-A fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Cookware, utensils, and a dining area that allows for in-room meals.
2 Bathrooms:
• Full bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combination and stocked with complimentary toiletries.
Additional Amenities:
• Washer and dryer in the unit.
• Air conditioning and heating controls.

- In total across 3 condos you’ll get: 9 bedrooms, 3 living rooms with sofa beds, 3 kitchens and 6 bathrooms.

Guests have access to all the listed resort amenities (which are shared), but of course, your suite is your own private space. The front desk staff can always help you with any questions.

Other things to note
• The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age, present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in.

• Since three units are assigned, three guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary and third guests listed as well.

• The apartment is in a timeshare property and Pictures are from a typical suite. There are multiple suits of this type, and the property management company assigns the exact unit at check-in. Amenities and layout may differ from suite to suite.

• Pets not allowed.

•The units may be in different buildings depending on availability. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are approximately 250 feet apart

• Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy per unit.
