Per local ordinance, all guests will receive a Good Neighbor Brochure as part of the Welcome Packet provided at check-in. Guests are required to review and comply with all city regulations, neighborhood policies, and occupancy requirements outlined in the brochure throughout their stay.

Palm Valley is a beautiful desert community in the heart of Palm Desert, surrounded by golf, dining, shopping, and year-round sunshine. You'll be conveniently located near some of the Coachella Valley's favorite attractions, including El Paseo, restaurants, golf courses, hiking, casinos, and the area's many seasonal events.



Whether you're visiting for a golf getaway, a family vacation, a girls' trip, or simply looking to relax in the desert, this home provides a comfortable and stylish home base.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Palm Desert and the greater Coachella Valley. The condo is conveniently located in Palm Valley, with easy access to golf, restaurants, shopping, hiking, and local attractions.



El Paseo and its upscale shopping and dining are just a short drive away, while downtown Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, and Palm Springs are all easily accessible by car.



For guests flying in, Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is approximately a 25-minute drive, depending on traffic.



Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are also available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

Enjoy access to the wonderful amenities of Palm Valley Country Club! The owner of this home maintains a Tennis & Athletic Club membership, allowing guests staying at the property to enjoy select club amenities during their stay.

Guests have access to the community's 46 pools and spas, as well as eligible Tennis & Athletic Club amenities, including tennis, pickleball, fitness facilities, and the clubhouse pool.

Guests may also enjoy select clubhouse amenities and dining options, including Bogie's Grill, scheduled dining events, the cocktail lounge, and the hair salon, subject to club availability, hours, and any applicable guest policies or fees.

Community Pool Hours: 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Interaction with Guests:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.
