The primary suite is furnished with a king-size bed and has a walk-in closet and private bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have access to the patio.



This home has a 2-car attached garage and a washer and dryer located inside the unit. Free high-speed wireless internet and long-distance calling in the US and Canada are also included.



ABOUT THE COMMUNITY: Palm Desert Resort is a gated golf community. Each condominium is single story, with nobody above or below. All properties have a patio with frontage onto the golf course or a spacious greenbelt. All facilities are public, including a par 72 golf course, driving range, clubhouse with dining and lounge, and a full-service tennis program.



Guest Access:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

There is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only.



Guests must follow all community rules, including parking only in designated areas, observing quiet hours, properly disposing of trash, keeping pets leashed, and using community amenities respectfully.



The 25 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced through speed trackers and cameras. Speeding violations carry a minimum $100 fine, which will be charged to the responsible guest. Guests are responsible for all members of their party and any fines incurred during their stay.
