The yard has a sparkling pool and spa surrounded by 8 luxury lounge chairs and resort style umbrellas. The great room has walls of glass that open up so the indoors flows right into the outdoor covered living space with table dining for 8 and outdoor TV. Built in gas BBQ and firepit lounge.

Inside, the great room has comfortable seating, TV, fireplace, and opens up to the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, gas range, and large center island with seating for 4. Fully stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware. The dining room has seating for 6.

The Primary Suite has a King bed, flatscreen TV, mountain views and sliding glass doors to the pool. En suite bathroom has a large shower, dual vanities, and a huge walk in closet. The Casita Suite has a King bed, TV, kitchenette with mini fridge, and en suite bath with shower. Suites 3 and 4 both have Queen beds, TVs, and en suite baths - one with a shower, and the other with a shower/tub combo. Suite 5 has a Queen bed, TV, and en suite bath with shower. Hall powder bath.
