    Magnifique maison privée située dans la prestigieuse communauté de South Palm Desert avec une cuisine ultramoderne récemment rénovée et une salle multimédia.

    Vous serez à distance de marche du célèbre El Paseo, de ses galeries, boutiques et restaurants et à proximité de tous les principaux terrains de golf et de tennis publics de Palm Desert.

    La propriété est une résidence unifamiliale et est fermée et entièrement murée pour plus d'intimité. Il dispose d'une piscine chauffée surdimensionnée entourée de palmiers géants avec vue sur la montagne.

    Lorsque vous entrez dans la maison par des portes en cuivre massives, vous serez accueilli
    par une belle fontaine et des arbres luxuriants. Entrer dans la maison,
    à travers des portes vitrées, le foyer s'ouvre sur un grand salon et salle à manger bien aménagé avec de très hauts plafonds, une cheminée à gaz et des murs de verre ouvrant sur une oasis de jardin. La très grande piscine est chauffée et permettra de nombreuses heures de plaisir et de divertissement.

    La maison offre 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain et 6 couchages confortablement.

    Chaque chambre a beaucoup de placards et d'espace de stockage et chacune a son propre patio extérieur privé où les clients peuvent se retirer et profiter d'un café tôt le matin ou s'asseoir tranquillement pour lire ou simplement se détendre. Il y a Internet sans fil sur place.

    La maison de 2800 pieds carrés est aménagée avec goût et présente du marbre
    salles de bains, une salle multimédia avec TV 50 "et une nouvelle cuisine entièrement rénovée pour cuisiner et recevoir. Il y a un accès direct à la cuisine à partir d'un garage pour deux voitures ou d'un patio barbecue séparé.

    Le point culminant de la maison est une véranda extérieure de 80 pieds qui permet une expérience de vie intérieure / extérieure complète. La véranda comprend des coins repas, salon et chambre entourés de parterres de fleurs blanches.

    La maison comprend une cuisine bien équipée, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers et des plats formels et informels. Barware complet est également inclus.

Property was inviting and supplied with any kitchen accessory one could need. The pool was beautiful, clean, and so refreshing. The host was very responsive to any questions. Location was perfect.

Robert greeted us upon arrival and showed us how to use all the gadgets and was so sweet! His home was absolutely stunning, the pool was heated perfectly and we had the best time! The upgraded kitchen was perfect for hosting and plenty of room for all of us to get around. The neighborhood felt so safe and morning walks were a must! Thank you again Robert!

Great Property and Location

Perfect location and setup for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were plenty of spots to sit and relax, indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed the pool and the location to shops was excellent. Overall, a great getaway spot for our family.

We totally enjoyed our stay. House was not only beautiful it was comfortable. The pool was enjoyed each day along with morning coffee on the patio. The location was ideal and near my favorite Mexican Restaurant Fresh Agave…we went twice.

A very nice house on a quiet street. The proximity to restaurants and shops on El Paseo was a big plus. Several great hikes are a short distance away. The property manager was especially gracious and helpful.

Two bedrooms share a bathroom with an outdated broken shower. Master bathroom also has a tub/Jacuzzi shower with very poor water pressure. All showers were taken in the facility next to the media room. One couple left early… embarrassing as I was the host.

Three couples for a music festival weekend. Place was SO clean, host met us at the property to ensure we knew how to operate everything. So much space, kitchen is nicer and bigger than expected in the pictures. Close to lots of restaurants and grocery. Would stay again for sure.

Everything about this house is warm and welcoming.The property manager BARBARA and the owner were helpful,responsive and professional.LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION doesn’t get any better to the famous EL Paseo shopping,restaurant district. The swimming pool ,back yard is very beautiful at night all lite up.The kitchen is very well appointment so cooking and enjoying a meal overlooking the pool was really the ticket for us.Treat yourselves to a relaxing get away at this property.

Perfect home base for our daughter’s wedding week!

The home exceeded our expectations in every way. Our group included three couples and everyone loved it. There are multiple areas for hanging out, reading, playing games, etc. The pool was very clean and the temperature was perfect. All of the beds were cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and accommodated all our cooking needs. It was a great experience overall and we hope to be back!

Absolutely a lovely home!

We stayed as a family here over Thanksgiving. The house is lovely. So many details and subtle touches that made us feel like we were staying at home versus a stark rental. The kitchen was large and extremely well appointed. Great location. Walked to El Paseo every day. The outdoor space was very nice and had a lot of seating spaces. Large yard and fruit trees too! Highly recommend. Will stay again.

This house is used exclusively for rentals. The owner is attentive. The house was VERY clean. TVs were difficult to operate. Master shower needs a new shower head. Pool is beautiful. One bathroom is on the other side of the house away from the bedrooms. Therefore, 2 bedrooms share a hall bath while the master bedroom has a private bath.

All was fine until it wasn’t

The house was very nice if dated and worn/well-used. Barbara gave us a proper introduction and tour. We noticed a general stale smell in the home but could open enough sliding doors for fresh air to combat it. During our stay we experienced an overflowing toilet, sewer water backing into the shower and water coming up out of drains in the garage that didn’t receive any immediate attention from the property manager. She referred me to the owner who apparently was in flight and didn’t respond. Had this been my home, I’d have called a plumber immediately! I noted other maintenance problems for the property manager like an overwhelming gas smell from the pool heater. Again, I’d have not been as casual as they were - thanking me but not getting attention to the matter quickly. Overall we enjoyed ourselves so am giving 3 stars despite the problems noted.

Five Star Vacation!

We stayed at the house for three and a half weeks in February 2022! The house and grounds are amazing. From the moment we walked into the house, we knew that we had made the right selection for our extended stay in Palm Desert. We love to cook and the kitchen was well equipped and provided everything we needed for our dinners on the beautiful veranda. Our host, Robert Nieto. would respond immediately to our requests and was concerned that we were enjoying our stay at the house.

The property is perfect. Chill by the beautiful pool, take a hike in the mountains, or walk into town. No bad choices. The house and grounds are immaculate. Thank you Robert and Barbara for making our stay so wonderful. We cannot wait to come back.
