Welcome to Jaguar Estate, an exclusive TRAVLR Vacation Home!

Luxury, fun, serenity and comfort await at this 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom estate on the highly desirable mountainside of Cahuilla Hills, where you can experience the best of Palm Deserts' indoor-outdoor living. This fully renovated estate is purposefully designed for our guests to enjoy the amenities of a luxury hotel with all the benefits of your own private villa.

Enjoy all that Jaguar Estate has to offer year-round with your choice of two pools & spas. The first pool nearest the house is a deeper pool with a rock waterfall and a vanishing edge spa for easy entry, two day beds with privacy curtains, two chaise lounges and a seating area. The second pool in the main entertainment area has dual waterfalls flowing into the saltwater pool with an oversize jacuzzi that seats 12, four in pool loungers, four chaise lounges and an open day bed. The gorgeous grounds feature amenities for everyone in your group with your choice of pickleball, sand volleyball, golf with a 40, 30 and 20 yard tee boxes with a dual tier oversize putting green with three holes and two sand traps. The regulation size pickleball court and volleyball court are set against a turf hill creating a half stadium feel with a seating area overlooking both courts along with a zone-controlled sound system. Throw in a natural grass field designed as a mini-futsal soccer field and an outdoor shower great for rinsing off before dipping into one of the two pools! You will also find overhead heated alfresco dining, an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue great for whipping up your favorite meals, plus an outdoor bar and cabana seating. If you're looking to stay warm while taking in the surrounding beauty, step over to the outdoor dining room overlooking the second pool with an outdoor fireplace perfect for a cocktails highlighted by gem-ice or tasty s'mores!

Step inside to the sleek and cozy interior detailed with modern décor and elegant furnishings. Right off the entrance is a small set of stairs up to a private office with incredible views and an integrated DTEN All-in-One Zoom Room, perfect for conducting virtual or physical small meetings with an oversized sofa, wet bar and wine fridge. Head back downstairs to private dining room with seating for 8 or over to the kitchen's breakfast nook with seating for 6 and tons of natural light throughout. Additional perks include an open-concept great room, smart TVs, high-speed wifi and ample space for large groups. The brand-new kitchen features Viking appliances, a large prep island and is fully stocked with all the essentials to entertain family and friends.

The primary suite has a King-sized bed, walk-in closet, and seating area. This room also has a large Smart TV and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with huge walk-in shower and a freestanding tub. The suite opens to the patio with access to both pools and steps from a cushioned sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee.
Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, Smart TV and patio access. The private outdoor patio is perfect for morning coffee as the patio faces the mountains to the south.
Guest Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed with 1 queen and 1 twin, plus an additional twin bed & dual hidden seating areas in the loft above. The layout accommodates a couple well with the queen bed on the bottom level or a group of kids on all three levels. This bedroom shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Suite 4 featuring a double vanity and shower/tub combo.
Guest Bedroom 4: Queen bed with a modern look perfect for the readers in the group with patio access and a Smart TV. The outdoor patio is perfect for morning coffee but is designed around watching the sunset in the evening as the patio faces the mountains to the west. In the evening the sunset transforms the colors on the mountains and the lighting on the agaves create a natural zen like garden that carries into the evening. This bedroom shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Suite 3 featuring a double vanity and shower/tub combo.
Guest Bedroom 5: Queen bed and walk-in closet. This bedroom shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Suite 6 featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom 6: Queen bed with a Smart TV and access to a small patio. Similar to Suite 4, the outdoor patio is perfect for morning coffee but is designed around watching the sunset in the evening and the zen garden at night. This bedroom shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Suite 5 featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower.

There is space available for up to 6 cars total. Street parking is not permitted. Oversized vehicles not permitted.

We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

Close by is the famous El Paseo and Old Town La Quinta areas with excellent dining and shopping options. If you are looking to play golf, we are minutes from PGA West with three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament.

Adjacent to Bighorn Golf Course and 5 minutes from El Paseo, 15 minutes from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, 20 minutes from the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; 20 minutes from the La Quinta Resort, PGA West and Old Town La Quinta. Less than 10 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Yes! The entire property both inside and out is filled with speakers that are setup in different zones so you can enjoy it wherever you are and even have different music playing in different areas. To use, simply download the Sonos app and connect to our Wi-Fi system. You can then control your music from Spotify, Apple Music and more. Due to city regulations though, the outdoor music speakers will not work between the hours of 9PM and 8AM (the indoor ones will though). Please note that bringing your own outdoor speakers is strictly forbidden unless pre-approved by management and could result in a $5000 fine from the city of Palm Desert.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.

The property has exterior security cameras for guest safety and home protection. Vrbo requires hosts to inform guests of any such or device. These surveillance devices are only located on the exterior of the property.

Absolutely Amazing & beyond expectations

We stayed at this stunning Palm Springs home with a group 16 family members, including little kids, and it was one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had. The house was not only beautiful and spacious, but it exceeded every expectation we had going inFrom the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate and thoughtfully designed. The layout was perfect for a large group plenty of space to spread out, yet cozy enough to enjoy each other’s company. The kids had a blast in the TWO pools and backyard while the adults enjoyed the grill and patios and beautifully furnished common areas.Each bedroom felt like its own private suite, and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking big family meals. There were multiple areas for dining, lounging, and relaxing both indoors and outdoors. It truly felt like our own private resort.Our host Jen was amazing extremely accommodating and super communicative, always responding within 5 to 10 minutes anytime we had a question. That level of service made the whole experience feel seamless and stress free.We’ve rented many vacation homes over the years, but this one easily takes the crown. If you’re looking for a luxury escape that works perfectly for large families or groups, this is the one. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Awesome getaway with friends!

We booked this for a getaway with friends - 6 couples - and it was awesome! Lots of space, indoor and outdoor. We spent lots of time in the pools and on the pickleball court. Very clean. The management company was very prompt in responding to communications. It was a great experience!

Very well appointed, clean and secure property. The pools are amazing and very private. We thoroughly enjoyed our impromptu weekend trip! Will stay again and I have NEVER said that about another property!

Our Own Private Resort

What a treat! Our stay at Jaguar Estate was dreamy. The house has been renovated and decorated impeccably, but also made us feel comfortable and at home. The property management was extremely responsive and helpful, even immediately bringing us several bags of ice when we discovered that the freezer bin was empty. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, which is something that I think a lot of rental properties skimp on. There were a plethora of towels, both for the bathrooms and for pool use. Speaking of the pool… excuse me… POOLS. Because if one private pool isn’t enough for you, don’t worry… Jaguar Estate has TWO. And between those, the pickle ball court, the sand volleyball court, the soccer field, the putting green, and the game room there was more than enough to keep our three families (including 10 kids and young adults) well entertained. We never left the property for the four days of our stay. Why would we? The kitchen was extremely well stocked with gadgets, serving vessels, and dinnerware. Our only complaint was that while the pots and pans provided were very nice quality, nothing was big enough to cook for 16 people. We had to use three small pots to cook enough pasta for all of us, and even with those each pot was overfilled. If you’re driving in and want to make large dishes, you may want to bring your own pots and pans. But overall this was a glorious stay and we most certainly will be back. We are already talking about our next visit!

Perfection!

We loved the property; the pictures are spot on and the outdoor activities were perfect for our grand daughters as well as the adults. It was spacious and yet felt intimate at the same time. We love to cook and the kitchen has everything you need to make gourmet meals. Great property and great communication, thank you!

GREAT PROPERTY! WE REALLY DIDN'T NEED TO LEAVE...

WONDERFUL PROPERTY FOR OUR FAMILY- KIDS & GRANDKIDS. BE AWARE BEFORE YOU BOOK... KITCHEN HAS NOTHING! No salt & pepper, one measuring cup, one pyrex dish. Sent out for supplies, Windex to clean counters, dishwasher detergent., etc) ..ONLY one oven. in a huge kitchen. Payed premium (even though we weren't there for Coachella) & happy to pay premium when it is well deserved. We had every night catered but nowhere to keep food warm.
