In the expansive backyard you will enjoy resort style pool and spa, swim or just relax on your float (heating fees apply, please ask host). Plenty of outdoor games: Cornhole, giant connect4, giant Jenga, Bocce ball and various of other toys and games. Cook using the state of the art outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas BBQ (grilling tools provided), cooling fans, refrigerator and plenty of cooking area . We offer many seating options outdoors including a counter level dining table (seating 12), dining table (seating 6), couches (seating 8), 7 loungers, 2 tanning chairs. At night, gather around the fire pit under the stars with string lights illuminating entire backyard or stretch and relax in our unique hammock nest (3 hammocks). For the golf aficionados out there, you will find a 7-hole putting green to hone your putting skills all while taking in panoramic mountain views (plenty of putters and balls available).

All this while you are only seconds away from El Paseo, the “Rodeo Drive” of the desert with plenty of boutiques and fine dining. You are also a short drive away from the well-known zoo The Living Desert (top 10 in the country), shops, restaurants, world renown golf courses, the new Acrisure arena and McCallum theatre and of course world-famous BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament and Coachella and Stagecoach festivals.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?

All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. The Desert Castle is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machine + a full coffee station with sugar/sweetener, half and half, tea, hot cocoa and snacks . We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper, cooking oil and basic condiments. In the movie theatre we provide everything to make delicious popcorn while enjoying a movie in the movie theatre.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.
Your host is ALWAYS available to make sure you have everything you need.

El Paseo, also called the Rodeo Drive of the desert is a short drive away (5 min). Amazing golf courses, tennis, different level hikes, restaurants and shopping are all moments away. One of the best Zoos- The Living Desert is also 5 minutes away. You are right in the center of the valley equally close to Palm Springs (about 20 min. away) and La Quinta (15 min.)

Car, cabs, Ubers are all available . Great hiking is walking distance.

We would be happy to host you and your friends and family. However, please note this is NOT A PARTY HOUSE: quiet hours are 10pm-7am and there is NO SMOKING in the house. By booking, you and everyone in your party must agree to respect our house and our wonderful neighborhood as well as follow our house rules.

We would be happy to host you and your friends and family. By booking, you and everyone in your party agree to adhere to the following house rules:

1. Please respect our neighbors in the beautiful Cahuilla Hills. QUIET HOURS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED 10 PM – 7AM. Please take the party inside after 10 pm.

2. The entire property has a strict NO SMOKING policy, which includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, hookah products, marijuana products, etc. Smoking outdoors is ok, but please don`t leave burning buds unattended or in the trashcans.

3. No large rambunctious parties or events will be tolerated. You will be asked to leave immediately if there is a noise complaint.

4. No piñatas, water balloons or anything leaving trash are permitted.

5. No illegal activity including but not limited to, drug use, fireworks, unauthorized photo and video shootings, property damage, weapon use, etc. will be tolerated.

6. The primary responsible party making the reservation must be at least 21- years-old and provide a photo of Driver License at the time of booking. All minors must be supervised by adults at all times.

7. Guests may not bring any entertainment equipment to the property, such as inflatable slides, bouncy house, furnishings, loud speakers, etc. Any such requests must be approved by the host. If for any reason you need to use an outside vendor, such as security guard or entertainer, your request must first be approved by the host.

8. Upon registering, guests must provide the names of everyone visiting, including minors. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS are allowed on the property. UNREGISTERED VISITORS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

9. Water safety – small children and persons who can’t swim must be supervised at all times around the pool area. No lifeguard or any safety measures are available. No glass/ceramic containers around pool area. No jumping into the pools/spa. Stonework has sharp edges and might result in injury. The host is not responsible for any injury resulting from pool use.

10. Stairs – the house is two-story and has two staircases. The front entrance spiral staircase is rather steep. Fall and slip precautions must be followed.

11. Fire pit, BBQ, and cook top – All use open flame. Caution advised due to risk of fire and burns resulting from open flame exposure. Please turn off when not in use.

12. Garage – If you choose to park in the garage, entry way is rather narrow and requires extra care when entering and exiting. Otherwise, it may result in damage to the vehicle or the structure, especially when operating a large vehicle.
