This beautifully renovated home features a heated pool and spa, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation and entertainment. With two primary bedrooms, this spacious 3 bed/2.5 bath property is designed to accommodate everyone comfortably.
The home boasts 16' vaulted ceilings throughout, leading to a bright and open chef's kitchen equipped with stainless appliances, granite counters, upgraded cabinetry, and a wine cooler. The expansive open floor plan includes a formal dining room that seats 8, a cozy family room, and a game room featuring a pool table and ping pong table. Sliding glass doors open to a covered, screened-in pool area, creating a park-like backyard oasis.
Bedrooms and Amenities:
- Primary bedroom 1 features a king bed, dual vanity, walk-in shower and tub, and a spacious walk-in closet.
- Guest bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and a trundle bed that sleeps 2.
- Bedroom 3 is furnished with a queen-sized bed.
- All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for your entertainment.
- Enjoy the convenience of a separate in-house laundry room with washer and dryer.
- Outdoor amenities include a gas grill, a 2-car garage, and 2 bicycles for your use.
Pet Policy:
- We are pet friendly, with a $100 fee per pet added to your stay. Please inform us if you plan to bring any pets.

Pool and Spa:
- The pool is heated for your comfort. Please contact us if you would like to use the heating option for an additional cost of $287 per week. Note that the spa will only function if you purchase the heated pool option.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions.
- Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay.
- Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
- If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, we do offer secure off-site parking approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. If you’d like to reserve a space, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can add it to your reservation and provide you with the access code.
